Job Responsibilities崗位描述:

1. Responsible for the cost calculation of takt time/tooling and equipment investment for new product pre-development.

負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品前期的節(jié)拍/刀具成本核算及設(shè)備類投資核算。

2. Responsible for the process development of new products.

負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品工藝開發(fā)。

3. Responsible for the development of tooling/fixtures/tooling setups for new products.

負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品刀具/夾具/工裝類的開發(fā)。

4. Responsible for selecting equipment for new products.

負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)備的選型。

5. Responsible for the development of process containers and other handling equipment for new products.

負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品過程周轉(zhuǎn)盛具等的開發(fā)。

6. Responsible for preparing PFMEA and CP.

負(fù)責(zé)PFMEA和CP的編制。

7. Participate in process optimization/problem-solving for mass production projects.

參與量產(chǎn)項目的工藝優(yōu)化/問題解決。

8. Participate in company system/third-party audits.

參與公司體系/三方審核。

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

完成上級交辦的其他工作。

Job Requirements任職要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering.

學(xué)士及以上，主修機械。

2. At least 10 years work experience in precision metal machining company. Minimum 3 years of experience on management.

10年以上精密金屬機加工公司工作經(jīng)驗。3年以上管理經(jīng)驗。

3. Familiar with turning(including mulit-spindle), grinding and 5 axils CNC machine.

熟悉車床（含多軸）, 磨床和五軸加工中心。

4. Familiar with IATF16949.

熟悉IATF16949 。

5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

精通英語讀寫

6. Above 35 years old.

年齡35歲以上。

7. Good ability of planning, execution, communication and coordination.

良好的計劃、執(zhí)行、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。

8. Work independently, proactively and strategically.

獨立，積極主動并有策略性地工作。
