Position Mission 職位使命

Deploy the action plan to maintain existing market, develop and capture the new opportunities in order to keep the business sustainability and growth;
Support Head of I&C Sales - Asia to implement the China business strategy.

Key Responsibilities核心職責

? Manage the proposal process and bidding document aligned with the customer’s ITT criteria with different internal functions (project, technical, financial, and legal leaders) ensuring that solutions proposed are competitive and aligned with company’s interest.
? Maintain the good relationship with customers and update the customer contact information database. Pay regular visits to existing and potential customers in nuclear sector with frequent business travels inside China and from time to time abroad.
? Identify new opportunities by developing an excellent understanding of the regional market through regular market and competitor review.
? Establish the business development plan according to the balance of customers’ needs and company’s capability. Influence customers to understand the added values of company products and solutions.
? Deliver market intelligence to enable the Company to better position its business.
? Provide a reliable bid and order intake forecast. Meeting key business targets that ensure sustained business growth.
? Ensure regional HSE and compliance requirements are followed all times.
? Collect the nuclear industry news and policy. Attend industry events in alignment with the business development plan. Synchronize and maintains a high-level project schedule for operational/in construction/in-plan project.
? Coordinate with Project managers to assist managing the potential project risk in China; Coordinate with team lead and technical lead of service team to manage the customers’ relationship and solve relevant issues especially from commercial point of view.
? Maintain high degree of communication between customer and internal stakeholders such as project, service team etc.
? Any other assignment from time to time.

Role Requirements職位要求

? Bachelor degree or above in engineering disciplines, with commercial or management post-education preferable.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and sales function.
? Minimum 5 years of experiences in nuclear industry, and good understanding of I&C products and systems.
? Sales-oriented and self-motivated.
? Good communication capability to dialogue with management and operational level customers.
? Deep knowledge in commercial terms and conditions of the contract, negotiation skills.
? Ability to work across multiple national organizations.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
? Possibility of frequent business travel.
