Job Purpose:
1 .Responsible for the entire customer & vendor order mgmt from
order entry to delivery including returns & custom clearance.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. order mgmt from order entry to delivery including returns.
2. the interface to Custom related to inbound and outbound.
3. the only interface to customer & internal stakeholders for allissues regarding order, planning (optimum stocking) and logistics support
4. strong initiative to lead projects to improve quality &
customer satisfaction
5. On Time Quotation/Contract Preparation
6. 1st level payment notice & confirmation
7. Work together with sales team to effective daily communication with1.Enjoy working in a customer service environment.
2.Familiar with custom regulations and requirement. This knowledge and experience would be an added advantage.
