Job Descriptions
1、To lead accounts and finance team in Tianjin and responsible for management reporting, statutory reporting, preparation of various management financial reports and analysis, tax and audit compliance work.
2、Prepare annual, quarterly or monthly budged in China, involve in long term, short term financing plan, business model financial feasibility studies, ensure proper cash flow management and other treasury matters.
3、To review manufacturing costing variances in bill of materials against actual costs, to provide timely and accurate information for product costing and pricing.
4 、To provide financial insights of manufacturing and selling variable costs and fixed costs. To provide financial insights of general administrative fixed costs.
5、Establish and continuously improve China's financial management system, the accounting system and maintain strong internal control systems and processes.
6、 Work closely with IT for ERP/Kingdee implementation, process improvement, system reviews or any ad hoc projects as arise.
7、 Ensure proper compliance with China and International Financial Reporting standards, group accounting policies and procedures.
8、 Accountable to Group Management and actively involved in all management financial analysis activities for business partnering to support costs/risks minimization and revenue growth.
9、 Accomplish other related tasks assigned in the framework of legitimate authorization.

Job Requirements

1、University degree or above, major in accounting or finance, and qualified Accountant, and ACCA, ICPAS /CPA is preferred.
2、At least 8 years working experience with 3 years of relevant audit experience preferably from a Big 4 Audit Firm.
3、3-4 years working experiences in similar capacity in China.
4、Conversant in Chinese GAAP, International FRS and Chinese company law；
5、Well versed with accounting software i.e.. ERP, SAP, Kingdee system.
6、Has an eye for detail and ability to work in a high pressure environment.
7、A team player who is self-motivated, High integrity and able to work. independently.
8、Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
9、Good health and professional ethic, good teamwork sprit.
10、Fluent English both reading and writing is essential, with fluency in spoken English being highly preferred.
