Role:
1. Management of equipment and facilities maintenance and repair at the Beijing office.
2. Reception and related support for foreign resident personnel and important visitors.
3. External(government departments, etc.) and internal (other departments) communication,response, and collaboration for the administrative department.
4. Planning,coordination, and implementation of company events.
5. Continuous improvement of the office environment (5S, enhancements, and utilization rate).
6. Strengthening of safety and fire management.
7. Promotion and continuous optimization of daily administrative work.
8. Other tasks assigned by leadership within the scope of administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent Japanese and English communication skills .
2.Relevant work experience in multinational companies (at least 5 years).
3. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Proactive,responsible, and possess strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
5. Strong logical thinking and excellent written expression abilities.
6. Familiar with administrative affairs, processes, and related regulations and policies.
