As logistics engineer，the mainly job purpose is returnable package management, inbound logistics issues follow up and claim as well as transportation arrangement to ensure cost-down and on-time transportation.

作為物流工程師，主要職責(zé)是周轉(zhuǎn)包裝管理，入廠物流異常的跟蹤解決和索賠，運(yùn)輸安排和跟蹤，保證公司物流工作的及時(shí)高效并降低物流相關(guān)成本。


Duties & Responsibilites 職責(zé)與責(zé)任

?1 Returnable package management to reduce one-way package usage and enhance the turnover of racks. 周轉(zhuǎn)包裝管理，降低一次性包裝使用、提升周轉(zhuǎn)包裝的周轉(zhuǎn)率。

?2 Transportation arrangement to ensure on-time delivery and enhancement of trucks loading efficiency.合理運(yùn)輸安排，保證按時(shí)交付的前提下，提升卡車裝載率。

?3 In cooperation with colleagues to ensure the fulfillment of the yearly CIP target.和同事一起，確保年度降本目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。

?4 Monitor forwarders performance rating and improvement of their performance. 監(jiān)控貨代交付績效，幫忙貨代提升。

?5 Inbound logistics issues（package and transportation） follow up, ensure the smooth of inbound operation and push suppliers and forwarders to enhance, ensure the claim completed according to Rhenus Automotive logistics requirements. 及時(shí)處理入廠物流(含包裝和運(yùn)輸)異常，保證入廠物流操作的順利進(jìn)行，針對入廠物流問題，推進(jìn)貨代和供應(yīng)商改善并按照公司要求完成索賠。

?6 Monthly billing checking and analysis not only ensure transparency but also can improve report through advanced data analysis skills. 月度賬單審核和分析，不僅能滿足公司透明度要求，同時(shí)需要具備強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力制作不同的報(bào)表，通過宏等工具提升報(bào)表的效率。

?7 Emergency and escalation management if necessary. 必要時(shí)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和升級(jí)管理。



Qualifications 能力及素質(zhì)

?1 At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics filed such as transportation and package in automotive industry. 至少汽車行業(yè)3年運(yùn)輸管理和包裝管理等物流相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

?2 Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or other majors, logistics major is preferred.本科以上學(xué)歷，工商管理或者其他專業(yè)，物流專業(yè)是一個(gè)加分項(xiàng)。

?3 Goal-oriented,team player，ready to take responsibility, think entrepreneurial and convince with assertiveness.以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向，有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)，主動(dòng)承擔(dān)責(zé)任，有大局觀和說服力。

?4 Sound knowledge of Value Stream Lean Management.有豐富的精益改善思維，以價(jià)值為導(dǎo)向，。

?5 Strong communication skills and be able to win others over to your ideas. 具備高效溝通能力，能讓對方接受你的觀點(diǎn)。

?6 Work independently, recognize optimization potentials and implement them on your own.獨(dú)立工作，能發(fā)現(xiàn)改善點(diǎn)并落實(shí)改善方案。

?7 Language: Native Chinese, very good in English (not exactly fluent)語言要求：普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，英語精通（不只是流利）。
