職位描述

模具工程師

工作職責(zé)：

1、新品估價(jià)，模具穴數(shù)、噸位、周期、價(jià)格；

2、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)期間，提供模具技術(shù)支持；

3、模具報(bào)價(jià)、砍價(jià)、供應(yīng)商管理；

4、新品開(kāi)發(fā)模具組織DFM、模圖評(píng)審、新品開(kāi)發(fā)模具進(jìn)度追蹤；

5、新品開(kāi)發(fā)模具試模跟蹤，問(wèn)題點(diǎn)檢討，方案提供，修模報(bào)價(jià)等；

6、量產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入跟進(jìn)，生產(chǎn)模具異常處理；

7、模具資料歸檔整理；

8、模具備件整理入庫(kù)；

9、模具驗(yàn)收；

10、注塑廠模具保養(yǎng)稽查；

11、注塑廠提出的一些老模具的問(wèn)題處理及安排修模廠修模；

12、生產(chǎn)中的模具異常責(zé)任劃分；

13、年度模具審核。
