職位描述

項(xiàng)目管理
崗位職責(zé)：

1.組建團(tuán)隊(duì)對項(xiàng)目預(yù)研評估（技術(shù)，成本，可生產(chǎn)性），立項(xiàng)后成輸出項(xiàng)目計劃跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，識別項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險,協(xié)調(diào)資源，處理客戶異常，保證項(xiàng)目量產(chǎn)。

2. 負(fù)責(zé)各階段的成本報價部分項(xiàng)目同步進(jìn)行降本方案

3.質(zhì)量控制，試產(chǎn)階段客戶端與內(nèi)部的測試跟進(jìn)，確保硬件軟件符合客戶端產(chǎn)品需求，并能夠適配客戶端主機(jī)。

4.交付管理：與客戶確認(rèn)好交期后 同步釋放給商務(wù)，采購，以及制造。制定schedule,協(xié)調(diào)采購，生產(chǎn)資源，確保物料齊套和組裝。

5.資源協(xié)調(diào)：根據(jù)客戶端要求，內(nèi)部推動項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行，協(xié)調(diào)研發(fā)&制造資源。對項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)高效完成項(xiàng)目任務(wù)，達(dá)成項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)；

6:對接客戶端，積極響應(yīng)客戶端需求，給公司營造良好形象。


任職資格：

1， 有電子類，家用電器類項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；

2， 熟悉制造工廠NPI項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入流程。

3， 具項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

4， 英語可以作為工作語言
