About the job

· Responsible for the implementation of Regional Marcom activities locally in China by ensuring that materials (brochures, webinars, relevant local content) are developed and ensuring that planned activities (i.e. in-house seminars / trade shows) are conducted successfully.

· Support with business development activities, including strengthening Nouryon’ s commercial relationships with customers.

· Serve as an independent voice for the customers, provide inputs for market trends and product development.

In your future role as “ Marketing Specialist” you will

· Support with the development of local marcom materials from translating existing marketing material in English into Chinese and to generate new ideas/ content by collaborating with technical colleagues.

· Support business development activities in China, including developing commercial relationship developments with customer.

· Support with market intelligence activities including analytics on local market conditions and competitors when required.

· Responsible for the planning and execution of trade show and in- house customer seminars.

· Manage the digital engagement in the form of WeChat articles and webinars for Ag and Food China.

· Serves as an independent voice for customer’s needs and provide inputs for new product development activities.

We believe you bring

· Bachelor’s degree with an ability to understand Agrochemicals/ Chemical or food background.

· Graduate or 1-2 years’ experience.

· Effective collaborative/ listening skills.

· Ability thinks independently vs just doing what you are being told.

· Good communication skills.

· Must be fluent in English and Chinese.

· Good analytic skills.
