?Lead efforts in selection of proper analytical techniques for analysis and characterization for various biological modalities: such as proteins including mAb, BsAb, TsAb, antibody drug conjugates, mRNA, etc in discovery and early development stages
?Develop new technologies or methodologies as needed to enable analysis of novel modalities; train junior scientists in the use of new methods/technologies
?Keep abreast of new scientific publications in analytical areas and provide input in establishment of new technology/platform using the state-of-the-art technologies in early CMC and analytical department
?Serve as analytical project representative in inter- or intra functional line meetings to manage various analytical deliverables: recommend phase-appropriate analytical testing strategies/methods to answer the project needs; identify and resolve analytical related issues to enable project smooth progression; efficiently use of available resources to complete analytical testing requirements; report results in a concise manner to project team across functional lines or upper management
?Independently author documentations, including technical reports for internal use (such as method development report, method SOPs, and project characterization reports) as well as documentations for potential regulatory filings
?May be required to provide analytical support to early bioprocess development and formulation development
?May be required to oversee method development, method qualification, and stability studies, as well as help in setting early project specifications and early analytical control strategies
?Maybe required to supervise junior scientists to train and develop their scientific skillsets
?Publish and/or present in conferences externally, build scientific connections and reputations in analytical science community both internally and externally
