工作職責(zé)Responsibilities
1.負(fù)責(zé)對經(jīng)銷商服務(wù)人員的培訓(xùn)工作Responsible for the training of dealer service personnel；
2.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商服務(wù)人員對最終用戶的協(xié)助服務(wù)和直接服務(wù)Responsible for assisting dealer service personnel in assisting and providing direct services to end users ;
3. 重大質(zhì)量故障的分析、處理Analyze and solve major quality failures;
4. 指導(dǎo)經(jīng)銷商做好配件和專用油的庫存管理與經(jīng)營Guide dealers to do inventory management and operation of spare parts and special oil;
5. 市場質(zhì)量問題反饋及產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)建議Feedback market quality issues and product improvement suggestions;；
6. 培訓(xùn)材料的編制Preparation of training materials；
7. 側(cè)重進(jìn)口及高端產(chǎn)品服務(wù)Focus on imports and high-end products and services；
8. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它任務(wù)Complete other tasks assigned by the manager
任職資格Qualifications
1.應(yīng)聘者需具備機(jī)械類專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷，且已順利獲得畢業(yè)證書及學(xué)位證書。
Candidates should have a full-time college degree or above in mechanical major, and have successfully obtained graduation certificate and degree certificate；
2.熟悉農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品基本結(jié)構(gòu)、原理，掌握機(jī)械、液壓、電器基本知識Familiar with the basic structure and principle of agricultural machinery products, master the basic knowledge of machinery, hydraulics and electrical appliances；
3.熟悉動力換擋變速箱，有動力換擋變速箱維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)Familiar with power shift transmission, have power shift transmission maintenance experience；
4.有較強(qiáng)的農(nóng)機(jī)維修技能和客戶關(guān)系處理技能 Have strong agricultural machinery maintenance skills and customer relationship skills；
5.三年以上高端農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than 3 years high end agricultural machinery experience；
6.基本的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠閱讀英文技術(shù)文檔，進(jìn)行基本的國際交流。Have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, be able to read English technical documents, and conduct basic international communication;
7.需適應(yīng)長期出差A(yù)ble to travel for a long time。
