Responsibility:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)擴(kuò)大Bufab在中國(guó)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍,開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)。
Manage to Expand Bufab Business Range in China and Developing new customers.
2. 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)分析市場(chǎng)需求,制定正確的戰(zhàn)略,接近潛在客戶(hù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。
Leading team to analyze market needs, making right strategies, approach potential customers to achieve targets.
3. 隨時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目管理,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)和外部資源確保業(yè)務(wù)落地。
Responsible for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams and external resources to ensure business landed.
4. 與總經(jīng)理合作,指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)朝著解決方案銷(xiāo)售的方向發(fā)展,提升銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體視野,為客戶(hù)提供附加值。
Working together with Managing Director to guide team in direction of solutionist selling and upgrade total view of sales team to provide added value to customers.
5. 從公司以及客戶(hù)雙贏的角度進(jìn)行必要的客戶(hù)談判。
Conduct necessary customer negotiations from company customer Win-Win perspective。
6. 深入了解行業(yè)需求,具備商業(yè)敏銳度,懂得從指定計(jì)劃,鎖住目標(biāo)到了解客戶(hù)需求,引導(dǎo)客戶(hù)需求以及創(chuàng)造性的提供客戶(hù)解決方案來(lái)執(zhí)行短期,中期,以及長(zhǎng)期的客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)和可持續(xù)的結(jié)果導(dǎo)向。
In-depth understanding of industry needs, business acumen, from specifying plans and locking goals to understanding customer needs, guiding customer needs and creatively providing customer solutions to execute short-term, medium-term, and long-term customer development goals and sustainable results-oriented
7. 指導(dǎo)銷(xiāo)售人員并負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)鍵銷(xiāo)售人員的發(fā)展,以便能夠推動(dòng)卓越銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
Coach salespeople and responsible for Key salespeople development to be able to drive sales excellence target.
Education & Qualifications:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,商科專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachlor degree or above, major in business prefered.
2.5年以上B2B公司銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum 5 year’s sales experience in B2B company.
3.熟悉C類(lèi)零部件管理業(yè)務(wù)。
Knowledgable of the C-parts management business.
4.必須具有國(guó)際公司的業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)和客戶(hù)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Must have experience of business development and customer maintenance towards international company.
5.善于用中英文與客戶(hù)進(jìn)行溝通和談判。
Strong at presentation and negotiation with customers in both Chinese and English.
