Responsibilities: ? Build platform strategy, development and implementation plans, and play an important role in the relationship between and platform partner. ? Work closely with cross-function team in driving go-to-market plan and contribute creative ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams. ? Manage pre-, go-live and post-launch activities related to promos, campaigns and projects. ? Identify, structure and plan initiatives and commercial programs to onboard platform capability to scale and to accelerate the China business ? Manage platforms operations and administration with support from external vendor, see around corners and look beyond just today. ? Build a strong and productive relationship between and platform partners to optimize business opportunities.
Qualification: ? A minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce strategy, marketplace engagement, preferably in consumer/tech industry. ? Profound understanding in digital and e-commerce space and experience in partnership management. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders including external parties in a matrix organisation. ? Self-starter. Strong ownership. Problem solver. ? Excellent planning and execution ability ? Fluency in both English and Mandarin
