Responsibilities
? Manage day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including employment cycle (on boarding process, new hire orientation, transfer, exit procedures)
? Deliver benefits to employees, including commercial insurance, medical checkup, gear store etc.
? Act as contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information database and respond to relevant informational requests
? Plan and execute HR programs (e.g., process optimization, system implementation), ensuring on-time delivery with measurable outcomes
? Organize site events, such as outing, family day and annual party etc.
? Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
? 5+ years of HR-related work experience, Bachelor's degree or above
? Demonstrated ability to own and drive HR programs from planning to implementation
? Experience in HR Operations and HR system is a plus
? Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
? Proactive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
? Detail-oriented with compliance awareness
? Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
