主要職能:

Safety & Quality

? 了解并遵守安全文化,建立安全意識,并遵循公司和工廠的安全歷程。

Understand and remain compliant with safety culture, build safety mindset, and follow company & site safety journey.

? *遵守HSE各項管理流程,履行安全生產職責要求。

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.

? 進行安全例行活動,包括BSafe和BBS。

Perform safety routine activities, including BSafe and BBS.

? 在其工作區(qū)域內遵守GMP和數據完整性標準,并嚴格遵循質量標準以確保其日常工作合規(guī)

Stay compliant with GMP and data integrity standards in their working area, and strictly follow the quality standards to ensure compliance in their daily working

業(yè)務支持/帳戶管理

Business Support/Account Management

? 在所屬范圍內具備操作方面的工作知識。熟悉工作流程,并知道如何在其所在區(qū)域執(zhí)行活動。了解IT系統(tǒng)及相關基礎架構網絡和硬件及IT系統(tǒng)在生產中的應用,以便為日常生產運營提供及時的IT支持。

Have working knowledge of the operations within their scope. Familiar with working procedures and know how activities need to be executed in their area. Understand the IT systems & related infrastructure network & hardware and the utilization of the IT systems for the processes, in order to provide timely IT support to the daily production operations.

? 解決IT系統(tǒng)問題,根據IT知識庫解決問題,并遵守制造問題上報流程上報給Primary Loop

IT system issue trouble shooting, resolve issue following IT knowledge base, and escalate to Primary Loop following manufacturing issue escalation process, including issues of IT system and hardware.

? 遵循流程執(zhí)行例行的PMX中的車間設備狀態(tài)更改等

Execute routine IT change request following process, e.g shop floor equipment status change in PMX, etc

? *所有問題解決都必須遵循流程,包括在Service Now中記錄問題、在與運營團隊確認后創(chuàng)建與IT問題相關的觀察項。并定期對發(fā)生的問題進行回顧,必要時梳理成知識庫供后續(xù)參考。

All issue solve must following process, including recording the issue in Service Now, and creating Observation related with IT issue in shop floor after aligned with process team. Periodically review all incidents and add into KB for reference if necessary.

? 解決IT問題時,與其他Zero Loop部門配合,并在其故障排除(例如,配方下載問題)時支持其他Zero Loop部門

Work with other Zero Loop functions when resolving IT issues and support other Zero Loop functions on their troubleshooting, eg recipe download issue.

? 對其他部門Zero Loop成員和一線員工進行IT系統(tǒng)功能的培訓和指導,但僅限于與藥物生產無關的領域,包括PMX,Insulin Book,IPC Book,GRIP,OSI PI等

Educate, coach and reinforce other Zero Loop functions and the front-line staff on IT system functions but limited in the area not related with making medicine execution, including PMX, Insulin Book, IPC book, GRIP, OSI PI, etc.



? 參加Zero Loop的例行活動并代表IT發(fā)言,包括Zero Loop例行會議,PVP,walk through等。

Participate Zero Loop team’s routine activities and speak on behalf of IT, including Zero Loop regular meeting, Practice versus Procedure, walk through, etc.

? IT團隊與Zero Loop團隊之間的協(xié)調,包括通過輪班交接報告分享與IT相關的問題/變更請求以及自己所在班次的生產進度,與Zero Loop團隊溝通計劃停機時間以進行系統(tǒng)升級和維護,以及與IT SME溝通Zero Loop團隊提出的與IT相關的問題/需求題等。

Coordinate between IT team and Zero Loop team, including sharing IT related issues / change requests and manufacturing progress on their shift to IT team via shift handover report, sharing with the Zero Loop team on the aligned outage time for system upgrades and patching, and communicating with IT SME on the IT related concerns / requests raised by the Zero Loop team, etc.



服務管理

Service Management

? 進行系統(tǒng)日常的例行檢查包括每天,每周等的例行檢查,以確保系統(tǒng)可以平穩(wěn)運行

Perform routine system health check to ensure system can run smoothly, including daily, weekly, etc,

? 按照檢查清單執(zhí)行RTS檢查,以確保IT系統(tǒng)在停產和IT系統(tǒng)維護(例如打補丁或生命周期等)后可以正常運行

Perform RTS check following check list to ensure IT system can run normally after shutdown and IT system maintenance e,g patching or life cycle, etc

? 將新問題的解決和故障排除經驗維護在IT知識庫中,并與其他IT Zero Loop成員分享。

Maintain the resolution and troubleshooting experience of new issues into IT knowledge base and share with other IT Zero Loop members.

? 維護生產現(xiàn)場的IT硬件,并確保為關鍵硬件提供足夠的備件

Maintain IT hardware in shop floor, and ensure enough and reachable spare parts for critical hardware.



項目執(zhí)行

Project Execution

? 在IT或其他業(yè)務項目或任務上協(xié)助IT SME,并有效地實施IT解決方案

Assist IT SME on IT or other business projects or tasks, and implement IT solutions effectively.


基本要求:
? 專科或計算機科學或自動化專業(yè)的同等學歷。

Colleague degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Automation.

? 具有2年以上IT系統(tǒng)部署或制造運營支持經驗者優(yōu)先

2+ years’ experience of IT system deployment or support in manufacturing operations is preferrable

? 具有IT基礎架構硬件,MES和SCADA / HMI等方面的現(xiàn)場支持經驗者優(yōu)先。

Experience in Field support on IT infrastructure hardware, MES, and SCADA/HMI, etc is preferrable.

? 具有GMP環(huán)境經驗者優(yōu)先。

Experience in GMP environment is preferrable.

? 良好的口頭和書面溝通能力,較好的英語溝通能力

Good communication skill both verbal and written. English communication is also preferrable.

? 建立與業(yè)務領域和/或其他IT成員的良好關系的人際交往能力

Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with business area and/or another IT member

? 有上進心和良好的時間管理能力

Self-motivated and good time-management skills
