職責內(nèi)容:
1. Legal support法務支持
1.1 Conducting Legal review on the Legal documents, such as contract, agreement, letter, Memo and company documents;
對部門提交的法律文件,如合同、協(xié)議、備忘錄、公司文件等進行日常法律審核;
1.2 Developing applicable standard legal documents formats to ensure that the Company’s interests are adequately protected;
制定相應的文件標準模板,確保公司利益可被適當保護;
1.3 Providing legal advice in corporate and commercial matters, including in the areas of contracts, corporate structuring, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, litigation support, employment, data protection and privacy, licensing, advertising, social media and e-commerce.
為公司及業(yè)務運營提供法律意見,包括合同、公司架構(gòu)、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、合規(guī)、訴訟、勞動關(guān)系、數(shù)據(jù)保護、許可、廣告、媒體及電商等方面。
2. Process and Procedure流程制定與管理
2.1 Formulating legal process and flow to help Legal internally establishing work guideline and instruct other department to follow process to do business;
制定公司法務相關(guān)程序和流程,幫助部門內(nèi)部建立工作規(guī)范;
2.2 Advising on company policies to ensure the internal process and business is compliant with laws;
參與制定公司政策,確保內(nèi)部流程和業(yè)務合規(guī)。
3. Compliance合規(guī)
3.1 Review business model to ensure company business compliance with applicable law;
審核公司業(yè)務模式,確保業(yè)務合法合規(guī);
3.2 Formulating Compliance Guideline to ensure employees understand and follow against violation of FCPA, Anti-Monopoly Law and Anti-Bribray regulations.
制定合規(guī)指南,確保員工理解并遵守,不違反FCPA、反壟斷、反腐敗等法律法規(guī)。
4. Intellectural Property知識產(chǎn)權(quán)
4.1 Providing legal support to Brand Protection team in routine work;
為品牌保護團隊的日常工作提供法律支持;
4.2 Providing advice to any issues and matters relating to IP;
為任何與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)有關(guān)的問題和事務提供知識產(chǎn)權(quán)方面的法律建議;
4.3 Managing Company IP portfolios of China and Asia.
管理公司在中國及亞洲的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資產(chǎn)組合。
5. Training培訓
5.1 Making Training Plan based on business demands and change with development of laws and legal circumstance;
依據(jù)業(yè)務需求及變化,并隨著法律法規(guī)的更新,制定法律培訓計劃;
5.2 Deliver Legal training to all employees and targeted training to some specific departments.
開展對全員法律培訓及對某些部門的針對性法律相關(guān)培訓。
6. Management管理
6.1 Managing and collaborating with external counsel in performing duties;
與外部律師合作,并管理合作項目;
6.2 Managing legal files through Legal IT system;
借助法律相關(guān)的IT系統(tǒng)進行法律文件的管理;
6.3 Analysing legal data, providing improvement advice, and reporting to Legal Director periodically.
分析法律數(shù)據(jù),提出改進意見,并定期向法務總監(jiān)匯報。
任職資格:
1. At least Bachelor’s degree/Law 法律學士學位
2. At least 5 years至少五年工作經(jīng)驗
3. Passing the national judicial examination;通過國家司法考試
4. Effective negotiation skills; 有效的談判能力
5. Strong inter-personal and communication skills (verbal and written); 優(yōu)秀的人際與溝通能力(口頭與書面)
6. Must be fluent in English orally and in written; 英文書寫與口語流利
7. Excellent writing and presentation skills. 優(yōu)秀的寫作與演講能力
