Key Duties:
To assist in carrying out sales & marketing tasks to satisfy client’s request and achieve management & Principal’s objective.
1. Conduct market study on responsible service and monitor changes of market situations and report to Trade Manager to assist in setting up marketing strategies
2. Canvass and solicit cargo in accordance to targets/guidelines established by management of Sales & Trade
3. Liaise with clients on day-to-day basis and perform client visits to build up and/or enhance business rapport
4. Provide and follow up sales leads to/from overseas agents
5. Assist to prepare sales & marketing reports or analysis for management of Sales & Trade or MSC Principals
6. Handle customer queries / complains in regards to sailing schedule, rate enquiries, MSC services, space & booking situation and ensure customer orders/requirements are clearly transferred to all concerned parties
7. Monitor daily bookings, maintain close liaison with clients & concern parties of all schedule / allocations assignment and changes / equipment situation and possible shortfalls and report to immediate supervisor and manager
8. Ensure special freight rate is approved by Principal before issue quotation to clients
9. Pass the quoted freight rate to freight tariff management personnel on the same day for Freight Rate / TMS input
10. Prepare sales forecasts/prospects by clients
11. Work closely with trade team to carry out the day-to-day follow up and operation
12. Follow up nomination cargo and revert feedback to overseas agent
13. Maintain close liaison with counter agent for cargo prospect and monitor their booking performance
14. Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
15. Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
16. Conduct summary of Sales Call Activity Report for the current week as well as Plan of Sales Call Activity for the following week
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above,1 year working experience related in shipping industry.
2. CET-4 or above, able to communicate in English.
3. Proficient in office software.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully, decisively, have strong learning ability, and have an optimistic spirit.

6. 處理客戶對船期、費率查詢、MSC服務(wù)、艙位和預(yù)訂情況的查詢/投訴,并確保客戶訂單/要求明確傳達給所有相關(guān)方
7. 監(jiān)控每日預(yù)訂,與客戶和有關(guān)各方保持密切聯(lián)系,了解所有時間表/分配分配和變更/設(shè)備情況和可能的短缺,并向直接主管和經(jīng)理報告
8. 在向客戶發(fā)出報價之前,確保特殊運費得到委托人的批準(zhǔn)
9. 將報價的運價轉(zhuǎn)交給運價管理人員,當(dāng)日進行運價/TMS輸入
10. 按客戶準(zhǔn)備銷售預(yù)測/潛在客戶
11. 與航線團隊緊密合作,進行日常跟進和運營
12. 跟進提名貨物,并將反饋反饋給海外代理
13. 與貨位代理保持密切聯(lián)系,并監(jiān)控他們的訂艙表現(xiàn)
14. 履行公司程序和政策中概述的所有相關(guān)職責(zé)
15. 執(zhí)行直接主管和管理層分配的任何其他工作職責(zé)
16. 對本周的銷售電話活動報告進行總結(jié),以及下周的銷售電話活動計劃
職位要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,1年航運行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
2. CET-4以及以上,能使用英語作為基本工作語言
3. 熟練操作辦公軟件
4. 有責(zé)任心、做事仔細認真,學(xué)習(xí)能力強,有團隊合作精神
