Requirements 職位要求
? Bachelor’s degree and above in the teaching area 任教學科擁有本科及以上學歷
? Teaching qualification 有教師資格證

? MYP/IGCSE/DP experience of two years 有兩年MYP/IGCSE/DP相關經(jīng)驗
? Command over written, taught and assessed 掌握書面課程、教授課程及評估課程

Responsibilities 工作職責
? To be responsible for effective classroom management to ensure that every student can learn 負責有效的課堂管理，確保每個學生都能夠學習
? Curriculum delivery in English with proper planned teaching resources saved in school server, managebac or moodle as per the need 用英語授課，合理安排教學資源，并根據(jù)需要資源保存在學校服務器、managebac或moodle平臺上
? Building course on moodle 在Moodle平臺上進行課程建設
? Planning appropriate written curriculum documents as per program needs 按照課程的要求，計劃合適的書面課程文件
? To collaborate with the Chinese national curriculum members in designing relevant curriculum 與中國國家課程CNC老師合作設計相關課程
? Meeting learning outcomes of the curriculum. 滿足課程的學習成果目標
? Ensuring that assessment outcomes are used to plan lessons. 確保將評估結果用于備課
? Conducting vertical and horizontal curriculum planning. In particular, ensuring that weekly collaborative planning meetings occur. 進行縱向和橫向的課程規(guī)劃，尤其要保證參加每周的合作備課
? Collaborative writing of plans and are uploaded to ManageBac. 共同撰寫單元計劃，并在ManageBac更新
? Submission of plans and placing them along with student work samples in the teacher folder, and on ManageBac. 提交課程計劃，將其與學生作業(yè)樣本一起上傳至教師文件夾及ManageBac
? Relevant pedagogical approach used to create active and engaged learning experience for students 采用相關教學方法，為學生創(chuàng)造積極主動的學習體驗
? To create relevant and authentic formative and summative assessment tasks 設計有關聯(lián)的、真實的形成性和總結性評估任務
? To be responsible for student learning and ensure that progress happens and is measurable 對學生的學習負責，保證學生得到進步且進步情況是可被測量的
? To coordinate with parents about student progress 與家長協(xié)調，保證學生的進步 ? To coordinate with pastoral team for regular follow ups, target setting and improvement of the student 與德育團隊協(xié)調，定期跟蹤、設定目標，促進學生進步
? To do assessment analysis and use them to inform teaching and learning 分析評估情況，并將其應用于教學
? To contribute to the wider school community by helping create showcase of student learning and active participation in exhibitions, fieldtrips, competitions, judging, house events and so on 通過幫助創(chuàng)建學生學習的展示平臺，積極參與成果展、社會實踐、比賽、評委、學院活動等，為學校社區(qū)做出貢獻
? To collect and store evidence of written, taught and assessed curriculum to help in evaluation and staff performance evaluation 收集和保存書面課程、教授課程和評估課程的證據(jù)，以幫助進行評價及員工績效評價
? To do reporting and commenting as per needs of the school policies 根據(jù)學校政策的需要進行學生成績報告和評論
? To adhere to academic honesty and pastoral policy expectations from teachers 堅持學術誠信和德育政策對教師的要求

General: 一般要求
? Be present and responsible for every duty assigned. 參加、負責被分配的每一項任務
? Be responsible for one Co-curriculum activity (CCA) per week. 每周負責上一節(jié)課外活動課（CCA）
? Conduct one Parent Teacher Conference per semester. 每學期召開一次家長會 ? Any other job assigned by the Heads of Secondary 其它由中學校長布置的工作 ? Be professionally consistent with the school’s mission and values. 在專業(yè)上與學校的使命和價值觀保持一致
? Note and apply the school’s policies and procedures as applicable. 注意并貫徹學校的政策和程序
? To participate in school workshops, meetings and IB /external workshops /conferences 參與學校工作坊、會議及IB /外部工作坊/會議
