1.Preparing Teaching 備課
?Prepare an Academic year plan or subject teaching handbook with a syllabus orientation teaching progress and assessment strategies. 準備一份學年計劃或學科教學手冊,包括教學大綱、教學進度和評估策略
?Planning appropriate written curriculum documents as per program needs of IBDP, A Level, or IGCSE, e.g, lesson plans or teaching PPTs 按照IBDP,A Level, PreDP 或 IGCSE課程的要求,準備合適的書面課程文件, 比如教案或教學PPT
?Properly planned teaching resources saved in the school server, and ManageBac(or other platforms as required by the school) 妥善規(guī)劃教學資源并保存在學校服務器和ManageBac上面
?Setting learning outcomes, aims, and objectives of the curriculum. 滿足課程的學習成果、目的和目標
?Ensuring that assessment outcomes are used to plan lessons. 確保將評估結果用于備課
?Participating in vertical and horizontal curriculum planning, across and within Subject Areas. 進行縱向和橫向的課程規(guī)劃,將認識論(TOK)融入課堂
?Collaborative writing of unit plans updated on ManageBac. 共同撰寫單元計劃,并在 ManageBac 更新
?Teachers will provide evidence of written curriculum and teaching material to SALs and Programme Coordinators. 教師需要向學科組長和項目協(xié)調員提交書面課程、教學材料和評估數(shù)據(jù)。
2.During Teaching 上課
?Make sure the physical surrounding and teaching devices of your classroom are ready in advance. 提前準備好你教室里的物理環(huán)境和教學設施。
?Checking attendance every period and care for the safety and well-being of all students 每節(jié)課都需要考勤并全方位關注學生的安全和良好狀態(tài)。
?Organize and manage students’ seats in an orderly pattern which can make teaching and learning more effectively. 有序組織學生的座位以使教和學更加有效。
?To be responsible for effective classroom management to ensure that every student can learn,e.g the use of electronic devices 負責有效的課堂管理,確保每個學生都能夠學習, 比如電子產品的管理。
?Delivering high-quality Teaching and Learning experiences in ENGLISH as a primary language of instruction. (Where appropriate, teachers may support with bi-lingual access to curriculum) 以英語為主要教學語言,提供高質量的教學體驗。(在適當?shù)那闆r下,教師可提供雙語講解支持課程理解)
?Relevant pedagogical approaches used to create active and engaged learning experiences for students 采用相關教學方法,為學生創(chuàng)造積極主動的學習體驗
3.Assessment 評估
?To create relevant and authentic formative and summative assessment tasks 設計有關聯(lián)的、真實的形成性和總結性評估任務
?To be responsible for student learning, ensuring measurable progress. 對學生的學習負責,保證學生得到進步且進步情況是可被測量的.
?To coordinate with parents about student progress 與家長協(xié)調,保證學生的進步
?To coordinate with pastoral team for regular follow ups, target setting and student improvement. 與德育團隊協(xié)調,定期跟蹤、設定目標,促進學生進步
?To do assessment analysis which informs teaching and learning 分析評估情況,并將其應用于教學
?To contribute to the wider school community by helping showcase of student learning and actively participating in exhibitions, field trips, competitions, judging, house events, and so on. 通過幫助創(chuàng)建學生學習的展示平臺,積極參與成果展、社會實踐、比賽、評委、學院活動等,為學校社區(qū)做出貢獻
?To prepare and administer all forms of internal and external examinations: Mid-term, End of Semester, Mock, and global exams. 準備并參與學校組織的期中、期末、模擬以及全球考試。
?To do reporting and commenting as per needs of the school policies 根據(jù)學校政策的需要進行學生成績報告和評論
?To adhere to academic honesty and pastoral policy expectations from teachers 堅持學術誠信和德育政策對教師的要求
?Teachers will provide assessment data to SALs and Programme Coordinators. 教師要向學科組長和項目協(xié)調員提供各種評測數(shù)據(jù)。
4.Homework作業(yè)
?To prepare and assign regular Homework at least one week in advance 至少要提前一周準備和布置作業(yè)
?The amount of homework for each exam subject is about 3 hours of homework per week. 一門考試科目每周大約需要3個小時的作業(yè)。家庭作業(yè)的數(shù)量可以通過全球考試時間來衡量。
?Homework should be marked within 5 working days and make sure students make 100 percent corrections. 作業(yè)應在5個工作日內完成,確保學生全部訂正.

5.Tutoring輔導
?Teachers are expected to support student success through participation in evening study one evening each week, for no less than 120 minutes (2 hours, equivalent to 2 day-time teaching periods) 教師應每周參加一次不少于120分鐘(2小時,相當于2個日間教學時段)的晚自習,以支持學生的成功。

?To participate in school-based workshops as well as IB&CAIE external workshops/conferences 參與學校工作坊、會議及IB及CAIE外部工作坊/會議
?Teachers are encouraged to lead collaborative professional learning with colleagues. 鼓勵教師與同事合作進行專業(yè)學習。
?Teachers are expected to participate in weekly Professional Collaboration Times Mondays and Wednesdays. 教師將參加每周一和周三的專業(yè)合作時間。
?Teachers are expected to actively and reflectively engage with the performance evaluation process as led by SALs and Programme Coordinators. 教師應積極和反思地參與由學科組長和項目協(xié)調員領導的績效評估過程。
7.Other General 一般要求
?Be present and responsible for every duty assigned. 參加、負責被分配的每一項任務
?Be responsible for one Co-curriculum activity (CCA) per week. 每周負責上一節(jié)課外活動課(CCA)
?Conduct one Parent Teacher Conference per semester. 每學期召開一次家長會 ?Any other job assigned by the Heads of High School 其它由中學校長布置的工作
?Be professionally consistent with the school’s mission and values. 在專業(yè)上與學校的使命和價值觀保持一致
?Note and apply the school’s policies and procedures as applicable. 注意并貫徹學校的政策和程序
?To fulfill responsibilities of homeroom teacher, CAS advisor or supervisor, EE/IPQ/EPQ supervisor as assigned to. 履行班主任,創(chuàng)造、服務、行動(CAS)顧問或導師,EE/IPQ/EPQ拓展論文導師的職責
?To comply with staff handbook expectations of the school 遵守學校員工手冊要求
?To fill records for self-evaluation on school software 填寫學校軟件平臺上的自我評價記錄

Requirements任職要求
1.Bachelor’s degree and above in the teaching area 任教學科擁有本科及以上學

4.IGCSE/A Level/DP experience of two years 有兩年IGCSE/A level/DP相關經驗
5.For those teachers whose degree was not achieved in English, we expect an IELTS level (6.5) or Chinese University level CET-6 (This requirement is for non-English teachers) 對那些持有非英語授課學歷的教師,我們希望他們的英語至少達到雅思6.5分或者英語六級水平。(此條要求不適用于英語教師)
