Monitoring and managing the project progresses of NPI.

3. 監(jiān)控和管理過程改進項目的進度

Monitoring and managing progress of process improvement projects.

4. 研究和解決新產(chǎn)品導入中的技術(shù)問題，為客戶提供制造和工藝改進設(shè)計計劃

Researching and solving the technical problems in NPI, providing customers with plans on design for manufacturing and process improvement.

5. 為生產(chǎn)部門和其他部門提供工程技術(shù)支持

Providing engineering technical support to production and other departments.

6. 參與設(shè)計階段的項目相關(guān)會議，并執(zhí)行最終決定

Participating in the related meeting of project in Design Phase and implementing the final decisions made.

7. 定義生產(chǎn)過程和技術(shù)指導

Defining the production processes and technical guidance.

8. 確保所有流程、工具和設(shè)備在新產(chǎn)品導入階段達到要求的標準。

Ensuring all processes, tools and equipment reach the required standards at NPI phases.

9. 提供技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)并協(xié)調(diào)項目技術(shù)工作，以解決客戶投訴、售后服務(wù)和生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的技術(shù)問題。

Providing the technical data and coordinate project technical efforts to solve customer complaints, after-sales service and production-related technical problems.

10. 培訓和指導相關(guān)團隊成員（如QC、直線領(lǐng)導…）

Training and instructing related team members ( e.g QC,Line leaders…) .

11. 確保妥善維護和保存項目記錄

Ensuring to have the project records maintained and kept properly.

12. 負責ECN、風險分析和驗證流程的實施

Take responsibilities of ECN, risk analysis and validation processes implementation.

13. 降低鉛成本、MRB、測試失敗等技術(shù)努力

Lead cost reduction, MRB , test failure, etc. technical efforts.

14. 與研發(fā)工程師和項目經(jīng)理合作，從設(shè)計順利過渡到新產(chǎn)品導入

Work with R&D engineers and project managers to make smooth transition from Design to NPI.

15. 驅(qū)動自動化計劃

Drive automation initiatives.

16. 與跨職能團隊密切合作，將NPI項目完美無瑕地提交給MP

Works closely together with cross functional team to bring NPI projects flawless to MP.

17. 在新產(chǎn)品導入（NPI）中構(gòu)建所有樣本和原型，并進行MP變更和改進

building all samples and prototypes in NPI and for MP changes and improvements.

18. 分配的其他職責。

Other duties as assigned.
