一、崗位職責(zé)：

1. 銷售支持
? 協(xié)助海外銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備銷售材料，如產(chǎn)品介紹、報(bào)價(jià)單、宣傳資料等。
? 處理客戶的初步咨詢和常見問題解答，收集客戶信息并及時(shí)反饋給銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)。
2. 項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)
? 跟進(jìn)銷售項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部各部門之間的溝通與合作，確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)推進(jìn)。
? 協(xié)助解決項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中的問題和挑戰(zhàn)，及時(shí)向上級匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況。
3. 市場調(diào)研
? 收集和分析海外市場信息，包括競爭對手情況、行業(yè)趨勢等，為銷售策略制定提供支持。
? 協(xié)助制定市場推廣計(jì)劃和參與市場活動的策劃與執(zhí)行。
4. 文檔管理
? 負(fù)責(zé)銷售合同、訂單等相關(guān)文檔的整理、歸檔和管理。
? 維護(hù)客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫，確?？蛻粜畔⒌臏?zhǔn)確和及時(shí)更新。
5. 溝通協(xié)調(diào)
? 與海外客戶保持良好的溝通，及時(shí)回復(fù)郵件和處理客戶需求。
? 協(xié)助組織和安排與海外客戶的會議、電話會議等。
6. 行政支持
? 安排銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的出差行程，包括機(jī)票預(yù)訂、酒店安排等。
? 負(fù)責(zé)會議的組織和會議記錄的整理。
7. 數(shù)據(jù)分析
? 收集和整理銷售數(shù)據(jù)，協(xié)助制作銷售報(bào)表和分析報(bào)告。
8. 其他工作
? 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時(shí)性任務(wù)，積極配合團(tuán)隊(duì)工作，以達(dá)成公司的銷售目標(biāo)。

二、任職需求：

大學(xué)本科以上畢業(yè)，墨西哥籍，精通西班牙語和英語，熟悉中文，有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。

1. Sales Support
