職責(zé)內(nèi)容:
1、安排好客戶大貨的生產(chǎn)工作,跟蹤好生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度,并適時(shí)與相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào);
2、加強(qiáng)與工廠的溝通,了解夾單排期,隨時(shí)掌握訂單運(yùn)作情況,跟蹤客人查貨情況,協(xié)助解決客人提出的問(wèn)題;
3、不斷與部門外籍Manager 溝通交流,提高自身與工廠和客戶的溝通能力、增長(zhǎng)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),以提高客戶滿意度為工作宗旨。
任職要求:
1、3年以上外貿(mào)公司梭織服裝大貨訂單操作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)熟練,能夠流利的與客戶和部門Manager進(jìn)行溝通;
3、個(gè)性溫和,有優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力;
4、具有一定的抗壓能力和獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題的能力,有與外籍人士共事的經(jīng)歷者佳。
The Job Responsibility:
--Order handling ,general follow up on orders and samples
--Arranging samples,negotiation on terms and prices
--Developing sales samples on already existing customers
--Customer service and communication with factories
--Ensure follow up and fast response on requests from Clients in relevant markets
--Continuously improve the quality of communication with the clients
--Work independently and report the progress situation to the team leader
The Requirements:
-- College graduate or above majoring textile or relevant background
-- Fluency in spoken and written English, preferably a good command in Garments;
-- More than 3 years working experience on Woven merchandising.
-- Good communication skills between customers and factories
-- Familiar with different kinds of Woven yarn and fabric
-- Good sense of responsibility, good teamwork
-- Experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.
