一、崗位職責(zé):
1.外貿(mào)客戶開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù):Foreign Trade Customer Development and Maintenance:
通過(guò)各種渠道開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶,拓展海外市場(chǎng)。
維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,確保客戶滿意度和忠誠(chéng)度。
Develop new customers through various channels and expand the overseas market.
Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
2.完成個(gè)人銷售目標(biāo):Achieving Personal Sales Targets:
制定并執(zhí)行個(gè)人銷售計(jì)劃,努力完成并超越銷售目標(biāo)。
定期分析銷售數(shù)據(jù),調(diào)整銷售策略。
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Regularly analyze sales data and adjust sales strategies.
3.市場(chǎng)調(diào)研與分析:Market Research and Analysis:
了解行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)和市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),提供市場(chǎng)分析報(bào)告。
收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
Understand industry trends and market dynamics, and provide market analysis reports.
Collect competitor information and propose countermeasures.
4.參與市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng):Participating in Marketing Activities:
參與國(guó)內(nèi)外展會(huì),宣傳公司產(chǎn)品和品牌。
配合市場(chǎng)部開(kāi)展線上線下的推廣活動(dòng)。
Participate in domestic and international trade shows to promote company products and brand.
Collaborate with the marketing department in online and offline promotional activities.
5.合同談判與管理:Contract Negotiation and Management:
與客戶進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判,簽訂銷售合同。
負(fù)責(zé)合同執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和問(wèn)題解決
Conduct business negotiations with customers and sign sales contracts.
Coordinate and resolve issues during the contract execution process.
二:任職資格:
1.教育背景:Educational Background
本科及以上學(xué)歷,國(guó)際貿(mào)易、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields preferred.
2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):Work Experience
至少3年外貿(mào)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上外貿(mào)出口或海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
有成功的客戶開(kāi)發(fā)和銷售業(yè)績(jī)記錄。
At least 3 years of sales experience in foreign trade, with over 3 years of export or overseas work experience.
Proven success in customer development and achieving sales performance.
3.專業(yè)技能:Professional Skills
熟悉外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)流程和國(guó)際貿(mào)易法規(guī)。
強(qiáng)大的市場(chǎng)分析和客戶管理能力。
出色的溝通和談判技巧,能夠獨(dú)立完成銷售工作。
Familiar with foreign trade processes and international trade regulations.
Strong market analysis and customer management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently completing sales tasks.
4.語(yǔ)言能力:Language Skills
英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利(CET6以上)。
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (CET6 or higher).
