工作職責(zé)：
1、 負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的文獻(xiàn)查閱，以及審閱下級(jí)研究人員的圖譜。確保完成部分項(xiàng)目合成路線的合理設(shè)計(jì)；
Search literature for related projects, analyze the spectrums from junior scientists, design feasible routes for part of the projects.
2、 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)好的方案，進(jìn)行人員、試劑等實(shí)驗(yàn)資源的統(tǒng)籌安排；
Arrange the resource according to the well-designed plans, including human resource, reagent resource, etc.
3、 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問題給予及時(shí)的解決；
Supervise the progress of projects, help solve the project issues in time.
4、 參加與客戶的工作匯報(bào)會(huì)議和基本的客戶交流；
Involve in the working conference with client, in charge of basic communication.
5、 對(duì)下級(jí)員工的工作給予指導(dǎo)，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行必要的培訓(xùn)；
Provide work instruction to the junior scientists, organize necessary training for the members.
6、 按規(guī)范書寫實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄、實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告及客戶報(bào)告。
Provide professional experimental record, regular report and final report upon the principles.
任職資格：
1、 博士學(xué)歷，有海外經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
PhD degree, overseas experience preferred.
2、 有機(jī)化學(xué)或藥物化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)，精通各類有機(jī)合成反應(yīng)，具備全合成背景者優(yōu)先。
Specialization in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry, proficient in various organic synthesis reactions, with a preference for candidates with total synthesis experience.
3、 良好的責(zé)任心及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，具備基本的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理技能。
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, with basic team management skills.
4、 具有熟練的英語閱讀和書寫能力，英語口語流利者優(yōu)先。
Proficient in English reading and writing, with fluent spoken English preferred.
