- Assist LM to develop Mystery Shopper program and lead successful initiatives of improving customer satisfaction,could conduct service excellence on-site coach at offline stores
- Assist LM to develop Master Class script content, roll-out new master class sessions and other offline experience workshops Assist LM to develop VM guideline for retail network, manage staff uniforms and VM props
- Assist LM to manage Demo agencies, implement actionable solutions for retention &recruitment at Retail Corners Carry out intra-team motivation activity, sales competition, service assessment, recipe-making competition and others In-store Innovation projects development, e.g. engraving machine, coffee art, new product communication, and others Online to offine traffic driving innovations
- Internal and external cooperation with cross-functional projects, e.g. Wecom, POS and others, monitor and analyze results to dentify trends and opportunities for improvement
-Able to work in Boutiques and Retail Corners periodically.
