崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)電商平臺的店鋪的管理 、銷售、運(yùn)營,包括數(shù)據(jù)分析、廣告推廣、活動策劃、協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)營資源等;進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化、上傳、站內(nèi)推廣、日常備貨統(tǒng)計(jì)、店鋪優(yōu)化,促進(jìn)銷售等工作;
2、利用Ads Manager/Power Editor等工具操作Google Ads廣告投放及優(yōu)化,深入了解和分析各渠道廣告投放機(jī)制和策略,通過分析目標(biāo)人群特點(diǎn),策劃廣告素材,優(yōu)化廣告投放方案,從各維度對廣告數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果優(yōu)化廣告。
3、熟悉使用Shopfiy,Amazon,Ebay,Tictok等電商營銷工具,如Semrush、Ahrefs、BuzzSumo等,可以針對性使用工具分析競爭對手并利用SEO、SEM等實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站快速排名,形成不同電商平臺線上矩陣
4、善于利用多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)外鏈推廣,熟練掌握BBS 、博客、軟文、社區(qū)推廣、點(diǎn)評網(wǎng)站、問答平臺等及其它推廣方式;
5、參與海外產(chǎn)品社交媒體賬戶內(nèi)容運(yùn)營,且參與開發(fā)海外相關(guān)KOL(網(wǎng)紅)關(guān)系,進(jìn)行合作、推廣、傳播等工作;
6、負(fù)責(zé)英文官網(wǎng)SEO優(yōu)化工作,提升站點(diǎn)關(guān)鍵詞在Google等搜索引擎排名,對關(guān)鍵詞跟蹤,分析,對SEO效果負(fù)責(zé);
7、負(fù)責(zé)英文官網(wǎng)上的Blog專欄內(nèi)容策劃、撰寫、編輯及定時(shí)管理維護(hù);
任職要求:
1、語言學(xué)、電子商務(wù),市場營銷、國際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、有電商平臺運(yùn)營3年經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉不同電商平臺的流量變現(xiàn)規(guī)則,熟悉社媒平臺及其他blog平臺的玩法;
3、具有英文翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)或SEO文章寫作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4、英語CET-6以上水平,英語讀寫熟練,英語口語可作為工作語言;
5、有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和靈活的創(chuàng)意頭腦,積極向上善于學(xué)習(xí)和溝通;
6、優(yōu)秀的溝通能力,喜歡與國外友人溝通交流;
7、熱愛市場營銷,善于分析數(shù)據(jù),較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立思考能力和解決問題的能力
E-commerce/Web Operation Executive
Job description:
1. Responsible for online shop management, sales and operation, including data analysis, advertising promotion, event planning and coordination of operation resources; Perform product optimization, uploading, in-site promotion, daily inventory statistics, store optimization, sales promotion, etc.
2. Use Ads Manager/Power Editor and other tools to operate and optimize the advertising of Google Ads, deeply understand and analyze the advertising mechanism and strategy of various channels, plan advertising materials and optimize advertising programs by analyzing the characteristics of target groups, and analyze advertising data from various dimensions. Optimize advertising based on analysis results.
3. Familiar with Shopfiy,Amazon,Ebay,Tictok,etc.. online shop and other marketing tools, such as Semrush, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, etc., can use targeted tools to analyze competitors and use SEO, SEM, etc., to achieve fast website ranking; Build different e-commerce platforms to form an online matrix.
4, Good at using a variety of network chain promotion, proficient in BBS, blog, advertorials, community promotion, review website, question and answer platform and other promotion methods;
5. Participate in the content operation of social media accounts, and participate in the development of overseas KOL relationships, and carry out cooperation, promotion, communication and other work;
6. Responsible for the English official website SEO optimization work, improve the site keywords in Google and other search engine ranking, keyword tracking, analysis, responsible for SEO effect;
7. Responsible for the English official website Blog column content planning, writing, editing and regular management and maintenance;
Requirement:
1. Linguistics, marketing, e-commerce, international trade and other related majors;
2. Have 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce platform operation, familiar with the traffic realization rules of different e-commerce platforms, familiar with the gameplay of social media platforms and other blog platforms;
3, English translation experience or SEO article writing experience is preferred;
4, English CET-6 level or above, English reading and writing skills, oral communication skills;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and flexible creative mind, positive and good at learning and communication;
6, excellent communication skills, like to communicate with foreign friends;
7, love marketing, good at analyzing data, strong independent thinking ability
