1.Work according to company targets, develop the domestic marketing &
sales strategy and achieve sales goals as set.

2.Source potential customers. Maintain and develop contacts with distributors
and customers.
尋找潛在客戶。維護(hù)和開(kāi)發(fā)與經(jīng)銷商和客戶的聯(lián)系。
3.Be responsible for general customer reception work.
負(fù)責(zé)接待客戶的來(lái)訪。
4.Prepare quotations with equipment appropriate for each customers requirement and prepare the contracts.
根據(jù)每個(gè)客戶的需求,推薦適合的產(chǎn)品并報(bào)價(jià)、準(zhǔn)備合同。
5.Develop proposals for specific customer requirements and specific solutions.
為客戶的特殊需求提供建議和特定解決方案。
6.Prepare and tailor the sales/marketing material to the potential customer.
為潛在客戶準(zhǔn)備和定制銷售/營(yíng)銷材料。
7.Be responsible for following up order progress, and coordinate with
various departments to ensure the contract execution. Feedback and liaise with Plasson Group teams.
與公司其他部門協(xié)調(diào),確保合同順利執(zhí)行?;貞?yīng)集團(tuán)公司的需求并保持聯(lián)絡(luò)。
8.Follow up on time payments.
跟蹤回款。
9.Establish customer files and general callback on time after selling. 對(duì)已達(dá)成合作的客戶進(jìn)行資料建檔和定期回訪。
任職資格
1.Bachelor degree in marketing,machinery, poultry or relevant major;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、機(jī)械類、動(dòng)物學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. At least 3 years of sales experiences in poultry industry; for excellent
candidate, the experience year could be shorter;
3年以上家禽養(yǎng)殖設(shè)備銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. Great resources of clients and having strong relationship with them,excellent in sales target achieving;
具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關(guān)系,業(yè)績(jī)優(yōu)秀;
4.Good at market analysis & development, communication and coordination, capable in problems solving;
具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)分析、營(yíng)銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,以及解決問(wèn)題的能力;
5. Enterprising and team worker.
