Responsibilities 職責(zé)：

1、能根據(jù)客戶提供的申報信息進行報關(guān)單制單、HS歸類、申報、查驗等，并給予客戶規(guī)范申報的指導(dǎo)。

2、解答客戶關(guān)于貨物清關(guān)狀態(tài)的查詢，并且給到客戶如何可以順利清關(guān)提供合理的解決方案和建議。

3、在系統(tǒng)中及時更新快件清關(guān)信息。

4、對于發(fā)生異常情況的貨件，應(yīng)及時與發(fā)件國或代理報關(guān)行聯(lián)系。

5、與其他部門協(xié)調(diào)清關(guān)工作，使客戶的投訴得到妥善處理。

6、報關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)處理及報關(guān)系統(tǒng)基本維護。

7、報關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料的審核、存檔；完成工作相關(guān)報表。

8、與客戶保持良好的合作關(guān)系，促進貨量的增長。

Responsibilities

1、Ability to prepare customs declaration forms, HS classification, declaration, inspection, etc. based on the declaration information provided by customers, and provide guidance to customers on standardized declarations.

2、Answer customers' inquiries about the status of customs clearance of goods and provide customers with reasonable solutions and suggestions on how to smooth customs clearance.

3、Update express customs clearance information in the system in time.

4、For shipments with abnormal conditions, you should promptly contact the sending country or the customs broker.

5、Coordinate the customs clearance work with other departments, so that customer complaints can be properly handled.

6、Customs declaration data processing and basic maintenance of the declaration system.

7、Review and archive customs declaration data; complete work-related reports.

8、Maintain good cooperative relations with customers and promote the growth of cargo volume.
