Job Summary 崗位職責(zé): This position generates new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts. He/She executes business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals. This position leads service and sales activity across UPS's portfolio of products and services including; Freight, Package, Forwarding, and Distribution. He/She drives global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation, and negotiation. Responsibilities: 職責(zé): Maintains contract compliance and renewal process to ensure elements of contracts are being followed and negotiated by both UPS and the customer. 維護(hù)合同合規(guī)性、續(xù)簽流程,確保UPS和客戶(hù)都遵循合同的各項(xiàng)要求。

Monitors and tracks competitors to gain competitive intelligence to be used in engaging prospects and customers. 市場(chǎng)敏銳度高,獲取最新信息,與潛在客戶(hù)和現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)積極溝通。

Identifies key decision makers within customer organizations to expand business opportunities across the enterprise portfolio. 與客戶(hù)的主要負(fù)責(zé)人建立良好關(guān)系,在企業(yè)內(nèi)拓展業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)。
Works with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies for retention, penetration and acquisition of accounts. 與內(nèi)部負(fù)責(zé)人合作,制定全面的客戶(hù)賬號(hào)策略,保留、深入和獲取賬戶(hù)。
Qualifications: 任職資格:
Experience in sales – Preferred 銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)- 優(yōu)先
Requirements 要求: 1) Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Master’s Degree or MBA will be a plus; 學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上,專(zhuān)業(yè)包括供應(yīng)鏈管理、物流、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、工商或相關(guān)學(xué)科。優(yōu)先考慮碩士學(xué)位或MBA學(xué)歷;
2) Candidate with strong experience background in life science and/or medical device/pharmaceutical industry (or related) with extensive knowledge of GMP/GSP/GDP environment and 3PL/4PL experience will be an added advantage; 優(yōu)先考慮具有在生命科學(xué)和/或醫(yī)療設(shè)備/制藥行業(yè)(或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)背景,優(yōu)先考慮具有廣泛的GMP/GSP/GDP環(huán)境知識(shí)和3PL/4PL經(jīng)驗(yàn)的候選人;
