角色職責：
Roles & Responsibilities:
符合GE產品開發(fā)流程的電力電子產品設計與開發(fā)
?Power electronics product design & development with compliance of GE product development process
·配電單元，電源，電流放大器的改進設計，降低成本的設計和驗證
?Power distribution unit, Power supply, and current amplifier improvement design, cost reduction design and verification
根據(jù)系統(tǒng)規(guī)格設計硬件電路和模塊
?Hardware circuit and modules design according to system specifications
負責確保設計的質量
?Responsible for ensuring the quality of the design
設計驗證和驗證實施，負責制定計劃
?Design verification and validation implementation, responsible for defining the plan
電氣元件的定位和驗證
?Electrical component localization & verification
為其他部門提供技術支持
?Technical support to other department

所需的資格:
Required Qualifications:
電氣工程、自動化工程、電力電子專業(yè)碩士優(yōu)先，博士優(yōu)先
?MS in electrical engineering, automation engineering, power electronics major preferred, PHD is desired
3年以上醫(yī)療、自動化或其他電力電子行業(yè)電子產品研發(fā)經驗
?Minimum 3 years experiences on electronics R&D in healthcare, automation, or other power electronics industry
熟悉一些領域：流行的功率轉換拓撲，控制和回路穩(wěn)定性分析，EMI抑制方法，功率開關器件，磁性元件，模擬和數(shù)字電路和器件。
?Familiar with some of the areas: popular power conversion topologies, controls and loop stability analysis, EMI suppression methods, power switching devices, magnetic components, analog and digital circuits and devices.
較強的原型構建、系統(tǒng)實驗和臺架測試能力
?Strong capability to build prototypes, experimentation on systems, and bench testing
熟悉多層PWB / PWA布局，熟悉Cadence / OrCAD / Protel等工具
?Familiar with multi layers PWB / PWA layout, knows either one of these tools: Cadence / OrCAD / Protel, etc
具備EMC/EMI， CCC， UL， RoHS的基本知識
?Basic knowledge of EMC/EMI, CCC, UL, RoHS
對技術有熱情，對項目有興趣
?Technology passion with also project driving interest
良好的溝通能力，熟練的英語讀寫能力。
?Good Communications with proficient written and spoken English.
