職位描述

管道設計

崗位職責：

1） 承擔工程項目可研、初步設計/基礎設計、施工圖/詳細設計以及竣工圖的管道專業(yè)相關設計及校核工作，內(nèi)容包括PDMS三維建模，管道研究圖，設備布置圖，管道布置圖，ISO圖，管道材料表。

2） 熟悉和掌握設計流程，參與優(yōu)化管道設計工作程序；

3） 編制管道、管支吊架、閥門及安裝附件等數(shù)據(jù)表；編制與工藝相關的管路、支架等設計文件、安裝手冊等；

4） 配合和支持施工現(xiàn)場的施工工作；

5） 配合商務部進行投標的澄清及報價工作。

崗位要求：

1） 10年左右的石油，化工，冶金，煤化，天然氣或制藥相關行業(yè)設計經(jīng)驗。

2） 學歷要求：本科及以上學歷，化學工程，機械工程等相關專業(yè)；

3） 熟悉國際、國內(nèi)的標準規(guī)范和質(zhì)量標準；

4） 有大型化工設計院及國際工程公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

5） 有從基礎設計到詳細設計、調(diào)試試車和移交的化工項目各方面的經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

6） 軟件能力: 熟練使用Office, AutoCAD, PDMS,PDS；有E3D,SP3D應用經(jīng)驗者尤佳；

7） 有應力計算和管材專業(yè)相關技能者優(yōu)先；

8） 有一定的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠準確表述信息和想法；

9） 能適應必要的出差
