l Escalation on time until project blocks removed.
做好項(xiàng)目階段的問題升級(jí)，直到問題解決
l In project, work as Customer representative, get and forward Customer information.
項(xiàng)目階段做好客戶信息的傳遞，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部收到客戶信息
l Follow up internal/external milestones with deliveries on time.
跟蹤內(nèi)部/外部(客戶)的重要姓名節(jié)點(diǎn)，確保項(xiàng)目各階段的及時(shí)交付
l Control project and product cost, and improve financial status during project management.

l Lesson Learn summary for specific customer and internal best practice share
及時(shí)總結(jié)前一階段的項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，整理成內(nèi)部文件做分享
l Act as changing engineer
兼任量產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的變更管理
l Other tasks as directed by department/line Manager.
Requirement/要求
? Experience of cold forging, stamping or related industries
冷鐓，冷擠壓，沖壓或者相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Major in mechanical engineering or related
? 機(jī)械工程或者相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)
? Knowledge with quality standards such as IATF16949, ISO 9000, QS 9000 or VDA6.1
了解質(zhì)量體系的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)內(nèi)容
? Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D tools
熟悉與新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)，包括PPAP， APQP, FMEA等
? Familiar with MS office, knowledge to make report using EXCEL and Powerpoint
熟悉辦公軟件，可以用EXCEL和PPT做報(bào)告
? Good at communication and Be able to work under pressure
善于溝通和表達(dá)，具備一定的抗壓能力
