This role will take initiative to optimize commercial operation excellence, improve sales effectiveness, and drive revenue growth. Support commercial department to drive efficiency and effectiveness by implementation and improvement of sales force, market access, commercial training, target allocation, business intelligence and multichannel activities to achieve best results.

主要職責(zé)Major Duties and Responsibilities
? Develop a strong collaborative relationship to understand, empower and support field sales teams, including CanSino in-house sales teams and CSO teams, through strategic guidance, tools, trainings and best practice to maximize the impact and efficiency of sales resource.
通過給出策略層面的建議與指引、優(yōu)化流程與工具、經(jīng)驗(yàn)萃取分享與培訓(xùn)等賦能來最大程度地助力業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)以及提升業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,切實(shí)支持商業(yè)板塊的銷售推廣工作與團(tuán)隊(duì),包括康希諾直營(yíng)與CSO模式。
?Provide business insights based on profound and robust data analysis to ensure commercial target, execution planning, financial planning fitting to the business nature and business strategies.
基于扎實(shí)和深入的內(nèi)外部業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)果與過程數(shù)據(jù)分析,提供有價(jià)值的商業(yè)洞察,確保商業(yè)目標(biāo)、執(zhí)行計(jì)劃和財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo)符合公司戰(zhàn)略。
?Establish and maintain data analysis and decision making frameworks, processes and systems to manage all sales results and behaviors related initiatives and tasks such as target setting, performance evaluation and motivation scheme.
在數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,建立對(duì)銷售結(jié)果與過程的目標(biāo)設(shè)定與績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的體系與系統(tǒng),科學(xué)地設(shè)計(jì)制定各項(xiàng)相關(guān)的針對(duì)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的政策、指引與要求,參與和支持銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的績(jī)效管理。
?Collaborate with other commercial functions and management team to effectively manage strategic sales related initiatives including sales operation & planning, budget setting and review, etc.
與商業(yè)板塊其它功能部門以及管理層協(xié)作推進(jìn)銷售相關(guān)的各項(xiàng)策略性工作,包括產(chǎn)銷協(xié)同計(jì)劃、預(yù)算制定與業(yè)務(wù)回顧,等等。
?Lead sales training team to foster a culture of continuous learning and development in all field sales teams and enhance skills and capabilities of sales teams to meet continuously business needs for growth.
帶領(lǐng)培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)提升銷售培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)技能和能力,推動(dòng)銷售組織內(nèi)部形成持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展的文化,打造具備持續(xù)滿足業(yè)務(wù)成長(zhǎng)需求的能力與技巧的銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)。
?Supervise Listing & Tender Management function to ensure fast and sustainable provincial and district level listing and optimistic results in tender. Establish and maintain China vaccine listing and tender database, and provide insights to support the development of CanSino portfolio market access strategy and execution plan based on analysis of related data and information.
帶領(lǐng)招標(biāo)準(zhǔn)入管理團(tuán)隊(duì),支持產(chǎn)品完成在各省和區(qū)縣的招標(biāo)、遴選、準(zhǔn)入工作,建立和維護(hù)疫苗準(zhǔn)入相關(guān)專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)與信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,并基于對(duì)信息與數(shù)據(jù)的分析提煉結(jié)論,支持產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)入策略的制定和發(fā)展。
任職要求:
教育背景 Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above.本科學(xué)歷及以上。
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience:
Minimum 10 years of large MNC biotech/pharma industry, commercial operation excellence or SFE fields, with a focus on strategy development and implementation; team management experience.
10年及以上大型跨國(guó)公司生物制藥行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),專注于商業(yè)卓越運(yùn)營(yíng)的策略制定與實(shí)施,具備團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
專業(yè)技能 Special skill:
Strategic Thinking, Strong analysis skills, numbers-oriented, through attention to details. 戰(zhàn)略思維導(dǎo)向,出色的分析能力,注重?cái)?shù)字,細(xì)節(jié)。
Strong understanding of operational excellence management, communication and change management, budget, resource, performance indicators and workforce development. 對(duì)卓越運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、溝通與變革管理、預(yù)算、資源、績(jī)效指標(biāo)以及產(chǎn)能有深刻的理解。
其他要求 Others:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 具備優(yōu)秀人際溝通技巧。
