崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities: 1. 協(xié)助管理公司的數(shù)據(jù)庫(錄入 / 整理 / 更新) 2. 協(xié)助操作會議活動策劃的具體事宜 3. 按公司規(guī)范流程操作 4. 學(xué)習(xí)掌握會議活動策劃的業(yè)務(wù)知識及操作流程,積極參加公司組織的各類培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí) ? 1. Assist to manage Company Database (Input / Manage / Update). 2. Follow-up part of the projects. 3. Project operation according to company’s SOP. 4. Learn acknowledge and SOP for M.I.C.E Industry, and attend related training. ? 任職資格Job Requirements: 1. 對MICE行業(yè)和會議活動策劃具有一定認(rèn)識,并想在該行業(yè)發(fā)展 2. 對會議活動的策劃、執(zhí)行、設(shè)計、搭建制作、設(shè)備運用有一定了解 3. 誠實守信,具有積極進(jìn)取的態(tài)度和團(tuán)隊合作精神,工作細(xì)致,責(zé)任心強(qiáng) 4. 英語達(dá)到4級或以上,可用英語和客戶進(jìn)行基本交流(書面 / 口語) 5. 熟練使用基本辦公軟件(excel, word, power point),能用excel制作預(yù)算和對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,能用PPT制作精美的方案或項 目文件
1. Understand about M.I.C.E Industry, and has passion on MICE business 2. Familiar with Event Planning, Execution, Design, Production, and Audio-Visual Equipments 3. Being honest and responsible, own positive attitudes and team work spirit. 4. Language Skill: Fluency in English and Chinese (written / oral), additional languages strongly desired 5. Operation Skill: Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially can work on a nice proposal or operation file via Power Point, and create nice budget and other data analysis via Excel. ? 其他 Others: 1. 2年以上經(jīng)驗者,優(yōu)先考慮 / Above 2-year-experience is preferred 2. 會線上導(dǎo)播操作者,優(yōu)先考慮 / Familiar with on-line project operation is preferred
