崗位職責(zé)

1. Be responsible for order release, tracking, and production progress
coordination to ensure the effective execution of the production plan.

負(fù)責(zé)訂單發(fā)放、跟蹤和生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度協(xié)調(diào)，確保生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的有效執(zhí)行。

2. Responsible for assigned new project sourcing, RFQ, price analysis,
negotiation and cross function alignment, on time delivery with right Quality/
Time/ Price.

負(fù)責(zé)指定新項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)工作，包括詢價(jià)、價(jià)格分析、談判以及跨部門協(xié)調(diào)，確保在合適的質(zhì)量、時(shí)間和價(jià)格條件下準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付。

3. Initiate and implement necessary purchasing projects, conduct supplier
market research and evaluation, negotiate prices and capacities, improve
cost/production effectiveness.

發(fā)起并執(zhí)行必要的采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目，開展供應(yīng)商市場(chǎng)調(diào)研與評(píng)估，就價(jià)格與產(chǎn)能進(jìn)行談判，提升成本效益與生產(chǎn)效率。

4. Implement regional purchasing strategy for assigned commodities including
but not limited to new supplier development, benchmarking, cost model etc.

實(shí)施指定品類的區(qū)域采購(gòu)策略，包括但不限于開發(fā)新供應(yīng)商、進(jìn)行對(duì)標(biāo)分析、構(gòu)建成本模型等。

5. Support programs launch to meet timing and quality requirement.

助力項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)，確保滿足時(shí)間和質(zhì)量要求。

6. Responsible for annual cost reduction and value chain review, identify
the risk/opportunity, take right action and try the best.

負(fù)責(zé)年度成本削減及價(jià)值鏈評(píng)估，識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與機(jī)遇，采取恰當(dāng)行動(dòng)并全力以赴。

7. Other responsibilities assigned.

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。

任職要求

? Bachelor or above with major in Mechanical design or Material Engineering
background.

機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化或材料學(xué)專業(yè)

? Min5-8 years procurement experience, prefer within the automotive
industry.

5-8年的采購(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最好在汽車行業(yè)

? NPI and program management experience will be a plus.

最好有項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

? Cross functional team experience with ability to perform plant.

優(yōu)越的跨部門溝通能力

? Good computer skills (e.g., Power point, Excel, Word).

熟練使用office軟件

? Fluent in both oral and written English.

基本的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫

? Must be able to travel.
