Job Description 崗位描述:
1.Responsible for developing sales to on trade channels, especially for developing new clients.

2.Take care of the existing customers and further develop more sales with hotels and Restaurants, to have a close follow up with IHG, Shangri‐la, Hilton and Starwood Hotels.
負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)并努力擴(kuò)展葡萄酒銷(xiāo)售包括餐廳和酒店,積極跟進(jìn)并維護(hù)與洲際酒店,香格里拉,希爾頓及喜達(dá)屋等酒店的合作。
3.Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
有效地負(fù)責(zé)所有客戶(hù)的回款。
4.Assist and coordinate in winery visits and marketing promotions.
協(xié)助并安排相應(yīng)的酒莊訪(fǎng)問(wèn)計(jì)劃及市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)。
5.Lead sales team to develop wine sales in accordance with our national development plan and the company procedures and policy.
根據(jù)公司全國(guó)發(fā)展計(jì)劃和公司政策帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)拓展葡萄酒銷(xiāo)售。
6.Give necessary instructions to your team members to reach the sales target.
給團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供必要的指導(dǎo)以完成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
7.A team player in between different department of the company.
與公司其他部門(mén)有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
8.Straightly report to Vice President of Sale.
直接向銷(xiāo)售副總裁報(bào)告。
Job Requirements 任職要求:
1. above bachelor degree.
本科及其以上學(xué)歷。
2.At least three years working experience in the relevant fields.
至少有三年相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Has a good customer database.
有良好的客戶(hù)基礎(chǔ)。
4.With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player;
性格外向、易相處,具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
5.Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
有活力和上進(jìn)心,能夠承受一定的工作壓力。
6.Good English level is a must; good wine knowledge is a plus.
具有良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力及葡萄酒專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)。
