職責(zé):
項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃：制定詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，包括時(shí)間表、資源分配和預(yù)算估算。這包括理解每個(gè)項(xiàng)目的具體本地化需求。
團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)：管理跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)，包括語言學(xué)家和技術(shù)人員。項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)員確保團(tuán)隊(duì)成員之間的有效溝通，并使每個(gè)人都與項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)保持一致。
客戶聯(lián)絡(luò)：作為客戶的主要聯(lián)絡(luò)點(diǎn)，了解客戶的需求，并定期提供項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)的更新。這包括收集反饋和解決任何問題。
質(zhì)量保證：堅(jiān)持質(zhì)量控制流程，確保本地化內(nèi)容符合語言和文化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這可能包括組織評(píng)審和修訂。
資源管理：選擇和管理供應(yīng)商和自由職業(yè)者，確保他們有必要的專業(yè)知識(shí)和能力來滿足項(xiàng)目需求。
風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理：確定潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并制定緩解戰(zhàn)略，以應(yīng)對(duì)本地化過程中可能出現(xiàn)的挑戰(zhàn)。

要求：
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：1-2年多媒體字幕翻譯或本地化項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力。
能夠在壓力下工作，并在緊迫的期限內(nèi)完成任務(wù)。
注重細(xì)節(jié)，組織能力強(qiáng)。
了解本地化行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Position: Project Coordinator
Working type: Full-time
Location: Shanghai or Beijing, China
Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. This involves understanding the specific localization needs of each project.
Team Coordination: Managing cross-functional teams, including linguists and technical staff. The project coordinator ensures effective communication among team members and aligns everyone with project goals.
Client Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and providing regular updates on project status. This includes gathering feedback and addressing any concerns.
Quality Assurance: Adhering to quality control processes to ensure that the localized content meets linguistic and cultural standards. This may involve organizing reviews and revisions.
Resource Management: Selecting and managing vendors and freelancers, ensuring they have the necessary expertise and capacity to meet project demands.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the localization process.
Timeline Management: Ensuring projects are delivered on time by closely monitoring progress and making adjustments to schedules as necessary.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding the cultural nuances of target markets to ensure that localized content resonates with the intended audience.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining thorough documentation of project processes, decisions, and changes, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in Media, experience in localization project management will be a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of localization industry standards.
