崗位職責(zé)：

1. 根據(jù)市場人員的需求進(jìn)行日常詢價(jià)、報(bào)價(jià)，能夠獨(dú)立完成各類中英文文件的審核工作；

2. 熟悉訂單操作流程，能夠獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)售前、售中、售后的工作，與相關(guān)的各部門配合溝通和協(xié)調(diào)各項(xiàng)工作的開展；

3. 及時(shí)跟進(jìn)詢報(bào)價(jià)情況和訂單進(jìn)展，協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的匯總和存檔工作；

4. 對(duì)供應(yīng)商、客戶等進(jìn)行定期評(píng)估與審核；

5. 能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)際工作中的問題，并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況做出合理性的建議。

任職要求：

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科、民航或國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)優(yōu)先，對(duì)數(shù)字敏感 ；

2. 2年以上航材采購、銷售相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3. 英語六級(jí)或以上，具備良好的國際商務(wù)函電寫作技巧和中英文口頭表達(dá)能力；

4. 熟悉進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)流程； 對(duì)適航、質(zhì)量體系有基本了解；

5. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)，有較強(qiáng)的溝通和學(xué)習(xí)能力。

Responsibility:

1. Daily inquiry and quotation according to the instructions by marketing personnel, able to view the documents in English and Chinese independently.

2. Familiar with the process of order, able to take charge of pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale work independently, communicate with related departments and coordinate the development of various work.

3. Timely follow up the quotation, inquiry and order progress, assist department manager to summarize and archive the data.

4. Conduct regular evaluation and audit of suppliers and customers

5. Able to find problems in practical work and make reasonable suggestions.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering, civil aviation or international trade preferred, sensitive to numbers.

2. At least 2 years relevant working experience in aviation material purchasing and sales.

3. Cet-6 or above, good writing skills in international business correspondence and oral communication in Chinese and English.

4. Familiar with import and export business process; understand the knowledge of airworthiness and quality system.

5. Good sense of teamwork, good in communication and learning
