一、工作職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系專家學(xué)者，組織稿件的同行評審，確保稿件的同行評審及時完成；
2. 編排和處理稿件，確保稿件格式正確，及時發(fā)表；
3. 與期刊主編，編委成員，作者及審稿人建立良好溝通，確保期刊正常運作，稿件順利及時發(fā)表；
4. 關(guān)注期刊學(xué)科領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的研究進(jìn)展，協(xié)助期刊責(zé)任編輯完成期刊發(fā)展目標(biāo)。

二、職位要求
1. 碩士博士優(yōu)先，優(yōu)秀的本科生亦可考慮；
2.化學(xué)，應(yīng)用化學(xué)，化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)，生物化工，工業(yè)催化，無機化學(xué)，有機化學(xué)，分析化學(xué)，化學(xué)工程與工藝，藥物化學(xué)，物理化學(xué)，高分子化學(xué)（聚合物化學(xué)），材料化學(xué)，環(huán)境化學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；
3. 英語六級；
4. 熟練office辦公軟件；
5. 學(xué)習(xí)能力強，能適應(yīng)公司高強度職業(yè)培訓(xùn)，例如：參加職業(yè)培訓(xùn)講座和一對一導(dǎo)師培訓(xùn)管理。

Assistant Editor for Chemical English Academic Journal

I. Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for contacting experts and scholars to organize the peer review of manuscripts, ensuring that the peer review is completed in a timely manner.
2.Arrange and process manuscripts to ensure the correct format and timely publication.
3.Establish good communication with the journal's editor-in-chief, editorial board members, authors, and reviewers to ensure the normal operation of the journal and the smooth and timely publication of manuscripts.
4.Keep abreast of research developments in the journal’s field and assist the journal editor in achieving developmental goals.

II. Job Requirements
1.Candidates with Master or Ph.D. degree are preferred; outstanding undergraduates may also be considered.
2.Related majors，including but not limited to Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Biochemical Engineering, Industrial Catalysis, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Process, Medicinal Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, ect.
3.CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.
4.Proficient in using Office software.
5.Strong learning ability and adaptability to high-intensity professional training, such as attending professional training seminars and one-on-one mentoring sessions.

1.Salary: Monthly base salary 11k and above for undergraduates, 15k and above for master’s degree, 22k and above for doctoral degree, as well as generous performance bonuses.
