We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong and successful background in leading R&D with composite materials such as composite bushings, special tubes, thrust washers, and a willingness to expand
into other fields or already have experience in applications of composites
materials. At least 50% of the time should be dedicated to actual design work
with composite materials.

1. Create technical innovation plans, ensure specifications are adhered to correctly. Build a strong technical team according to the company's development requirements.

2. There are 5 people in the Engineering Department. Lead the daily management of the Engineering Department. Create department work plans and goals and make sure they are done on time.

3. Responsible for coordinating the relationship between Engineering and the relevant departments and ensuring implementation of key tasks.

4. Lead the new product development team and work together with other departments to take products from concept to mass production while maintaining high quality standards.

5. Establish, maintain, and improve product specifications, BOM, drawings, etc., maintain product and material data base, and ensure the consistency of drawing versions.

6. Lead the Engineering team to provide product technical support and product training. Ensure to communicate internally and with customers about the ECN and ECO.

7. Work together with marketing and sales personnel identifying new products in new business areas and assessing manufacturing feasibility.

8. Work together with Quality Control and other departments to support the testing of new product materials to ensure that the material can meet the design requirements.

9. Work together with oversea product engineers, business personnel, customers and marketing managers to develop their new products and applications.

10. Be engaged in and support the evaluation for the product cost reduction plans to achieve the goals set by the company.

11. Provide technical skills training and relevant information about the company's new product trends to department employees regularly.

12. Coach engineers on how to set up various technical documents for new products, verify the first batch of new product samples, trial production, and the improvement of the product in production.

13. Complete other tasks assigned by General Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in machinery or materials science.

2. At least Minimum 5 years' management experience in a similar position. With strong coordination abilities and relevant experience in project management with composite materials.

3. Strong experience leading machinery and materials projects with composite materials.

4. Understand industry trends and be familiar with the production and testing of composite materials, especially epoxy resins and glass fiber products.

5. Fluent oral English must be able to work and communicate with foreign customers without an interpreter.

6. Proficient in AutoCAD, Solidworks and other software

7. Travel may be required for business purposes.
