合規(guī)
崗位職責(zé):
1、Understand business activities and hold an acute view of risks and controls;
2、Accumulate business knowledge and expertise to design a customized monitoring framework;
3、Oversight the team to deliver monitoring, auditing programs and further investigations if needed;
4、Streamline the existing monitoring programs and progresses;
5、Acquire the ability to do root cause analysis for issues identified;
6、Acquire solid data analytical skills, driving messages from massive results of various monitoring programs, aiming to enhance controls, 7、processes and compliance awareness;
8、Demonstrate strong project management for complicated projects involving multiple functions and stakeholders;
9、Other work assigned by Compliance head.

任職要求:
1、High level of personal integrity, independence, tenacity and resilience;
2、4-5+ years in a compliance / audit / internal control role in big 4 or Healthcare organizations;
3、Strong investigative, analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills;
4、Strong sense of professional curiosity and a keen attention to details;
5、An excellent communicator with strong influencing skills;
6、Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams;
7、Demonstrated flexibility, willingness to initiate and take on new tasks and ability to effectively operate within a fast-paced environment;
8、Data analytic skills and proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
9、Fluent in Mandarin and English;
10、Big 4 is a plus.
