【崗位職責(zé)】

1、 制定并執(zhí)行外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)拓展計(jì)劃，重點(diǎn)開發(fā)新客戶；

According to the company's business development needs, explore Russia sales channels and promote products to enter the Russia market. and help to improve the local company's sales performance.

2、 管理外貿(mào)團(tuán)隊(duì)，指導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)流程，提高團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)能力；

Manage the foreign trade team, guide business processes, and improve the team's business development capabilities;

3、 通過社媒（Yandex,LinkedIn,WhatsApp）、展會(huì)等方式，開拓新客戶，并深度挖掘客戶的項(xiàng)目和產(chǎn)品需求，維系現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系，確保客戶滿意度和業(yè)務(wù)穩(wěn)定性；

Develop new customers via social media, such as Yandex, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, And deeply seek the customer's project and product requirements, maintain existing customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and business stability;

4、 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源，確保海外訂單按時(shí)交付。

Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of overseas orders.

【崗位要求】

1、 學(xué)歷要求：統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷。5年外貿(mào)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2年外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

A bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechanical Manufacturing, International Economic and Trade, Business English, etc. At least 5 years related working experiences and 2 years team management experiences. Those familiar with the local customs and practices in Russia are preferred.

2、 英語或者俄語書寫無障礙，口語流利；

3、 有良好的溝通能力、談判技巧和應(yīng)變能力，具備敏銳的市場(chǎng)判斷能力和業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)能力；

Have good communication skills, negotiation skills, and adaptability, as well as sharp market judgment and business development abilities;

4、 具有獨(dú)立的處事能力和良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，有高度的責(zé)任心和事業(yè)心；
