崗位職責(zé):
1、 社交媒體運營:制定、實施和管理跨各種平臺(Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn、Twitter 等)的社交媒體運營策略,以提高品牌知名度、參與度和流量;
2、 內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作和編輯:編寫、編輯和創(chuàng)作符合公司聲音和目標(biāo)的高質(zhì)量、引人入勝的內(nèi)容。與設(shè)計師、銷售和其他團隊成員合作開發(fā)視覺和多媒體內(nèi)容;
3、 社區(qū)參與:與在線社區(qū)互動,及時回復(fù)查詢、評論和反饋。與追隨者和影響者建立并保持關(guān)系,以培養(yǎng)品牌忠誠度;
4、 績效監(jiān)控和報告:使用分析工具跟蹤、分析和報告社交媒體績效。提供優(yōu)化社交媒體存在和參與度的見解和建議;
5、 戰(zhàn)略制定:隨時了解社交媒體、算法和數(shù)字營銷的最新趨勢、工具和實踐。相應(yīng)地調(diào)整策略以確保持續(xù)改進;
6、 跨職能協(xié)作:與營銷團隊、設(shè)計師和其他部門密切合作,使社交媒體活動與更廣泛的營銷工作和計劃保持一致。
任職要求:
1、具有1年以上新媒體運營相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉新媒體平臺運營規(guī)則,確保及時交付社交媒體內(nèi)容及投流;
2、本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、新聞公關(guān)、數(shù)字媒體、語言類專業(yè);
3、英語可作為工作語言。
Social media marketing supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the establishment, operation, and user relationship management of the company's overseas social media accounts.
2.Plan, operate, and publish content for self-operated overseas social media platforms (e.g., Facebook/Meta, YouTube), with the ability to independently create content, design campaigns, and execute strategies.
3.Develop and manage creative content for social media platforms, ensuring timely updates and engagement.
4.Build a global social media management system, including establishing control mechanisms for third-party overseas operations, and lead a team.
5.Analyze data to design data-driven online promotion plans.
6.Create and implement content review systems for overseas EDM marketing, websites, magazines, and other channels.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership, with opportunities for international assignments.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Proficient in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, writing).
2.Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in managing overseas social media platforms, with deep expertise in Facebook, operations.
3.Strong execution and communication skills, excellent aesthetic judgment.
4.Demonstrated management and coordination abilities, result-oriented mindset, and self-driven motivation.
