Grow & develop business in assigned markets & accounts by selling & executing planned territory initiatives and effectively coach frontline sales team for improved execution 通過賣進產(chǎn)品和執(zhí)行區(qū)域活動來促進和發(fā)展區(qū)域內(nèi)市場,有效的輔導(dǎo)一線銷售團隊人員來提高執(zhí)行質(zhì)量。 【Key Capabilities / Competencies】 01 Selling & Merchandising 賣進和陳列 -Sell new product, promotions & merchandising initiatives to Key account & distributor. 與重點客戶及經(jīng)銷商合作,負責(zé)新品的賣進,門店促銷以及店面陳列 -Ensure ‘Gold Merchandising Standard’ (GMS) compliance level in his territory. 確保所在區(qū)域的門店陳列達到該區(qū)域的“黃金陳列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)” -To discuss & provide AU with potential list of Accounts that can be made direct service from DC. 與區(qū)域經(jīng)銷商討并提供潛在的大倉客戶名單 -Open new A&B stores to expand footprint in territory 在所負責(zé)的區(qū)域內(nèi)拓展新的AB店,擴大銷售面 -Escalate Key Account Execution issues & non-compliance for AU support 在區(qū)域提供準(zhǔn)確有效的協(xié)助,確保重點客戶的店內(nèi)執(zhí)行穩(wěn)步提升 02 Coaching 輔導(dǎo) -Work with team member in market to coach & provide one-with-one feedback 與團隊成員一起工作,提供必要的輔導(dǎo),定期進行一對一的反饋 -Conduct effective weekly meeting with team 每周與團隊成員開展切實有效的例會 -Hire & train team. 招聘及培訓(xùn)新的團隊成員 【Key Capabilities / Competencies】 -5+ years of proven experience in a sales function part of which should be in the FMCG industry 5年以上銷售經(jīng)驗,其中部分必須為快速消費品行業(yè) -3-5 years people leadership experience 3-5年團隊管理經(jīng)驗 -Age 30-38 年齡30-38歲 -Key Account experience is plus 最好具備KA經(jīng)歷 -D&A management experience preferred 折扣與折讓費用管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 -Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills 專業(yè)的銷售技能及談判技巧 -Sales planning and time management 銷售計劃及時間管理能力 -Strong data analyze is preferred 有較強數(shù)據(jù)分析能力者優(yōu)先 -Strong execution and team player 較強的執(zhí)行力及團隊合作精神 -Have passion &quick learner 積極熱情以及較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力 -Mandarin & English (preferred if have English capability) 中文和英文(具備較強英文能力者優(yōu)先) -Good computer skills 熟練操作微軟辦公室軟件
