安裝/調(diào)試維修/保養(yǎng)PLC編程

職位設(shè)置的目的/General
Function:

確保制造機(jī)器、設(shè)備和工裝在生產(chǎn)過程中處于最佳運(yùn)行狀態(tài), 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行專業(yè)的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)，并在必要的情況進(jìn)行維修，同時(shí)減少停機(jī)時(shí)間。

Ensure the optimal operation of manufacturing machines, equipment and tooling in
production; with robust execution of professional maintenance and repair to keep
operational condition of equipment and tooling while minimizing machine
downtime.

主要工作職/Main Responsibilities:

-對(duì)機(jī)器、設(shè)備和工裝的機(jī)械和電氣故障進(jìn)行故障排除和維修;

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns of machine, equipment and tooling in production;

-按照設(shè)備資料與以前分析好的設(shè)備停機(jī)問題編制和更新設(shè)備預(yù)防維護(hù)指導(dǎo)書;

- Create and update working instructions for preventive maintenance from machine documentations and investigation history of breakdown occurrences.

-按照指導(dǎo)書對(duì)機(jī)器、設(shè)備、進(jìn)行預(yù)防維護(hù)，并記錄發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題和實(shí)施的措施;

- Execute preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, according to WI and record findings and corrections implemented;

-與生產(chǎn)主管、編程工程師等共同對(duì)設(shè)備故障進(jìn)行分析根本原因從而提高設(shè)備可靠性;

-Work with production supervisors, and programmers to jointly analyze machine breakdowns root causes for the purpose of improving the reliability of production equipment;

-總結(jié)并向設(shè)備經(jīng)理報(bào)告日常問題和糾正措施;

- Summarize and report daily issues and corrective actions to maintenance manager.

-參與新設(shè)備的安裝和試運(yùn)行的工作，同事參與工廠內(nèi)搬設(shè)備的工作;

-Participate in the installation, commissioning of new equipment and tooling as well as relocation of old equipment as required.

-創(chuàng)建關(guān)鍵機(jī)器和設(shè)備的備件清單;

- Create spare-part list for critical machines and equipment;

-按照維修經(jīng)理的安排監(jiān)控正常運(yùn)行的設(shè)施設(shè)備和機(jī)器;

-Monitor the operating condition of facility equipment and machines as assigned by maintenance manager;

崗位特性/ Nature of the position:

1、除了以上任務(wù)，崗位人員還有責(zé)任執(zhí)行企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指令完成其它的必要工作。

If inquired by the corporate management, the maintenance engineer is obliged to execute other necessary tasks and orders.

2、倒班工作, 可根據(jù)公司需要進(jìn)行正常班工作。

Work in shift, available for normal shift work according to company needs.

3、崗位人必須立即向設(shè)備經(jīng)理報(bào)告所有非正常事件。

The maintenance engineer is obliged to immediately report abnormalities to the maintenance manager.



個(gè)性特質(zhì)與能力要求/Personality & Competencies:

-精通機(jī)械、電氣、氣動(dòng)、液壓等方面的知識(shí),熟悉自動(dòng)化設(shè)備 / Sound knowledge in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics and experience with automatic devices;

-對(duì)于車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的維護(hù)及維修必須要有積極的動(dòng)手心態(tài)親自參與 / Hands-on mentality is highly needed for maintenance, repairing and other activities from workshop

-熟悉安川機(jī)器人焊接的操作與維護(hù)保養(yǎng) / Familiar with YASKAWA welding robots operation and maintenance;

-熟悉Siemens PLC / Familiar with Siemens PLC;（此崗位必要條件）

-了解設(shè)備的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)原則 / Understands the principles of equipment maintenance;
