職位描述:
1.負責從客戶處接單、操作,安排國際貨運、進出口報關、國內運輸、監(jiān)管證件代辦等公司業(yè)務。
2. 負責客戶委托單證的整理、校對,臺賬的錄入、結費等相關工作。
3. 負責與客戶溝通聯系,有問題及時反映,并提出處理意見。
4. 服從主管的工作安排,配合其他崗位同事的工作。
任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學歷,報關與國際貨運、物流管理、國際貿易相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
2. 二年以上空海運進出口相關貨代業(yè)務操作經驗優(yōu)先錄??;
3. 較強的敬業(yè)精神與團隊合作精神及良好的服務意識,能承受一定工作壓力。
Job description:
1.Be responsible for receiving orders from customers, arranging international freight, import and export customs declaration, domestic transportation, supervising certificate agency and other company businesses.
2. Responsible for the sorting and proofreading of client's entrustment
documents, entry of standing book, settlement of fees and other related work.
3. Be responsible for communication with customers, timely report problems and
put forward handling suggestions.
4. Obey the work arrangement of the supervisor and cooperate with the work of
colleagues in other positions.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in customs declaration and international
freight, logistics management, international trade is preferred.
2. More than two years' experience in air and sea freight forwarding business is
preferred.
3. Strong professionalism, team spirit and good service consciousness, able to
work under pressure.
