崗位職責(zé):

HSBC Global Insurance (GI) is an integral part of Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) and helps meet our customers’ protection & financial needs through manufacturing life & health insurance products in 9 markets & through distribution of 3rd party products across 30 markets across the globe.
The Global Insurance Centre of Excellence (CoE) in India is a key enabler for the Global Insurance business to grow at scale while maintaining the focus on customer service & operational excellence.

1. To perform User Acceptance Test in Insurance System
2. To create test plan and test scenario plan according to project requirement
3. To manage project documentations, including UAT procedure/guideline and training manuals.
4. To provide excellent service to customer and stakeholder



任職要求:

1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Awareness of the testing process and experience of performing testing
3. Ability to understand users’ requirement with their workflow and procedures
4. Ability to understand IT Functional Specification / External Design Document
5. Efficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
