Main responsibilities:

? Formulate the annual target and target decomposition of the responsible area as required according to the Company's strategy and department plan and task target

? Develop, maintain and manage areal business relationship, implement department's marketing and sales strategy in time, fulfill sales task and increase market share
開發(fā)、維護與管理區(qū)域內(nèi)商業(yè)關(guān)系,及時執(zhí)行部門的營銷和銷售策略,完成銷售任務(wù),提高市場占有率
? Manage areal customer relationship, effectively strengthen customer team, inventory, sales and marketing management, and improve customer execution force
管理區(qū)域的客戶關(guān)系,有效強化客戶團隊、庫存、銷售和市場等方面的管理,提高客戶的執(zhí)行力
? Assist customers to strengthen the development and maintenance of regional key customers / active customers, build and maintain efficient sales channels and sales network
協(xié)助客戶加強區(qū)域的其重點客戶/活躍客戶的開發(fā)和維護,建設(shè)和維護高效的銷售渠道銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)
? Implement and optimize the areal market promotion and brand building, reasonably and efficiently control the development and delivery of market expenses and advertising materials, maintain the intellectual property rights of areal market trademarks, reasonably plan the ground delivery of brand building, and continuously improve the brand's popularity, good reputation, loyalty and influence
執(zhí)行和優(yōu)化區(qū)域內(nèi)市場推廣和品牌建設(shè),合理高效管控市場費用及廣告宣傳物料開發(fā)和投放,維護區(qū)域市場商標知識產(chǎn)權(quán),合理規(guī)劃品牌建設(shè)地面投放,不斷提升品牌在轄區(qū)的知名度、美譽度、忠誠度和影響力
? Effectively supervise, guide and manage customers to provide timely scientific and standardized technical services and support to their distributors and consumers in the area, such as product test and demonstration, explanation and promotion of product and crop supporting programs, lectures, technical training, etc.; and continuously optimize the company's product localized use recommendation and solutions
有效監(jiān)督、指導(dǎo)和管理客戶在區(qū)域內(nèi)向其客戶和消費者及時提供科學(xué)規(guī)范的技術(shù)服務(wù)和支持,例如:產(chǎn)品試驗、示范,產(chǎn)品和作物配套方案的講解和推銷講座、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)等,不斷優(yōu)化公司產(chǎn)品本地化的使用推薦和解決方案
? Areal market research and analysis, including market capacity, product capacity, customers and their marketing strategies, competitors and their marketing strategies, crops, consumers, regional policies and other research and analysis; actively provide suggestions and opinions for the Company's strategy and plan decision-making and implementation
責(zé)任市場調(diào)研分析,包括市場容量、產(chǎn)品容量、客戶及其營銷策略、競爭對手及其營銷策略、作物、消費者、地區(qū)政策等調(diào)研和分析,為公司戰(zhàn)略和計劃決策和實施積極提供建議和意見
? Maintain effectively the efficiency and effect of cross company and cross department communication, and constantly optimize the working methods and processes to complete the post tasks.

Requirements:
任職要求
? Bachelor degree or above,Agriculture and Marketing related studies is preferred
本科以上學(xué)位, 農(nóng)業(yè)和市場營銷相關(guān)專業(yè)為優(yōu)
? 3 year or more sales related work experience in compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer in target market areas above-mentioned.
(必備條件)本區(qū)域復(fù)合肥料和有機肥料行業(yè)3年以上銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
? Frequent travel within China required
