Job responsibilities 崗位職責(zé):

1) Support all sites to fix critical issues that cannot be solved by FSE; new production installation and commissioning, troubleshooting and 24h on-call support etc.

- 支援現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師解決客戶的各種疑難問題，包括新機(jī)型的安裝調(diào)試，故障排除，24小時(shí)on-call etc.

2) Work closely with service and follow up all general and common issues from all sites;

- 緊密聯(lián)系現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，跟蹤解決所有客戶機(jī)臺(tái)存在的普遍性問題。

- 3) Work closely with HQ TS/PDT/QESH to improve the quality of production and fix all open issues.

- 緊密聯(lián)系總部的TS/PDT/QESH部門，改善現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，解決機(jī)臺(tái)存在的問題。

4) Provide necessary safety and skill training to FSEs; Generate SOP and training materials

- 給現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)工程師提供必要的安全和技術(shù)培訓(xùn); 編寫SOP和培訓(xùn)材料；

5) Participate regular TS/CIP meetings and follow up all open tickets until they are closed

- 積極參加和TS 部門的會(huì)議，跟蹤所有tickets直至解決和關(guān)閉。

6) Be responsible for retrofit and local engineering projects; Generate detailed reports and share with service

- 負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的改造和LEP項(xiàng)目，完成后提供詳細(xì)的書面報(bào)告.

7) Data record and collection including PM cycle/parts consumption/COO etc.

- 負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)PM周期，備件消耗，機(jī)臺(tái)COO數(shù)據(jù)的收集和記錄

8) Complete other related tasks assigned by the company

- 完成公司安排的其他相關(guān)工作

Job requirements 崗位要求:

1) Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering or related field are preferred.

- 本科學(xué)歷及以上，優(yōu)先考慮機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)。

2) Familiar with Scrubbers are preferred.

- 熟悉尾氣處理設(shè)備優(yōu)先考慮

3）Minimum 5+ years’ experience in front-end semiconductor or other related industries, at least 3 years’ experience as filed service support/Technical support/Product engineer

- 至少有5年以上半導(dǎo)體前道行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；至少三年以上現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維?；蚣夹g(shù)支持或設(shè)備工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)

4）Strong ability to be self-directed and work independently

- 能夠自我驅(qū)動(dòng)并能獨(dú)立工作

5）Must be fluent in English reading and writing, good in spoken

- 英語讀寫必須流利，口語較好

6）Team work spirit

- 富有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神

7）Adapt to frequent business trips in China

能夠接受較頻繁的出差
