1. 協(xié)助公司建立質(zhì)量管理戰(zhàn)略并執(zhí)行，為公司質(zhì)量管理決策提供信息支持。制定公司質(zhì)量管理計劃，有計劃地推進(jìn)、實施。Assist to establish and implement quality management strategy and
provide information to support decision-making for the company's quality
management;

2. 負(fù)責(zé)推動公司管理體系（ISO9000\ISO14000\ISO45000等體系）的內(nèi)部及外部的審核并確保體系的充分性、適宜性及有效性。Responsible for the internal and external audit of the company
management system (ISO9000、ISO14000、ISO45000) to ensure the adequacy, suitability and effectiveness of
the system.

3. 負(fù)責(zé)對客戶投訴的調(diào)查、處理及改善方法的提出；參與日常不合格品的處理、評審及會簽,主持質(zhì)量事故分析，審批處置方案；Responsible for
investigating, handling, and proposing improvement methods for customer
complaints; Participate in the daily handling, review, and countersigning of
non-conforming products, lead quality accident analysis, and approve disposal
plans;

參與產(chǎn)品工藝流程的設(shè)計審核工作，以確保其符合品質(zhì)保證的要求；配合研發(fā)、技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品試制及質(zhì)量控制。Involve in the product process design to ensure the compliance with
the quality requirements; work with R & D and technical staff for new products
development and quality control.

5.
負(fù)責(zé)建立產(chǎn)品質(zhì)檢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和質(zhì)檢程序，組織產(chǎn)品全過程的檢驗和試驗的質(zhì)量檢驗工作，建立產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理檔案，提出產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方案；不斷引進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)，提高質(zhì)量管理水平；Responsible for establishing product quality inspection standards
and procedures, organizing quality inspection work for the entire process of
product inspection and testing, establishing product quality management files,
and proposing product quality improvement plans; introducing quality management
technology and improving quality management level;

6.
匯總、存檔各項質(zhì)檢記錄及相關(guān)資料，分析物資采購、生產(chǎn)過程、成品產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題原因，并提出改進(jìn)方案、推動相關(guān)部門及時解決。Summary and archive the quality inspection records, analyze
materials purchasing, production processes, causes of product quality; provide
suggestions on program improvements and push other departments to resolve
problems promptly。

7.
監(jiān)督下屬員工的工作目標(biāo)執(zhí)行情況，組織指導(dǎo)各檢驗員對所有檢驗報告的真實記錄；Supervise
the implementation of work objectives by subordinates, organize and guide
inspectors to truthfully record all inspection reports;

8.
負(fù)責(zé)對外購原材料、部件的質(zhì)量檢驗,參與對供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量保證能力的考核、驗證工作；Responsible for quality inspection of
purchased raw materials and components, and participating in the assessment and
verification of supplier quality assurance capabilities;

9.
負(fù)責(zé)公司各部門質(zhì)量管理培訓(xùn),教育培訓(xùn)檢驗員心態(tài)良好，處事公平公正、堅持原則，做好生產(chǎn)操作技術(shù)的輔導(dǎo)員；

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，英語流利。Bachelor
degree or above, fluent in English is preferred.

2. 在制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有8年以上的工作經(jīng)驗，具有至少5年的管理經(jīng)驗。熟悉閥門行業(yè)者優(yōu)先考慮。More than 8 years of
working experience in manufacturing field with at least 5 years of management
experience. Familiar with valve industry is preferred.

3. 精通ISO9000/ISO14000等管理體系。Proficient in iso9000/iso14000 and other management systems

4. 了解六西格瑪綠帶/黑帶者優(yōu)先考慮。Understanding of Six Sigma Green / black belt is preferred.

5. 能夠獨(dú)立開展工作，自我激勵和結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向。強(qiáng)大的內(nèi)驅(qū)力和卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。Able to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented, Be a strong motivator and excellent
leadership skills.

6. 具備較強(qiáng)的分析和解決問題的能力及較強(qiáng)的承壓能力。Have
strong analytical and problem solving skills and strong pressure bearing
capability.
